I was quite surprised when I first listened to this song, I already knew the band when it was sent to me but had heard only a few of their songs like "hello my old heart" which are more my style (indiefolk). This one is based more around a traditional folk style almost like an irish jig. I have never tackled this style before so was a bit worried I wouldn't like it but as I worked on it I began to like it more and more. looks like you made it quite a way through the description, comment "cookie" in the comments to prove how you're a true fan. Now the "olai olei" part is constantly stuck in my head! The original gets quite dramatic and loud towards the end but I wanted to keep my version calmer and simpler mainly because I don't have a drum set...
