Thanks for making this video, Liam. I also struggle with both and the combo is so hard, it’s genuinely helpful to see someone else that understands talk about it so openly. My biggest tip is self-compassion and empathy. With ADHD + MS, we’re definitely playing life on hard mode, so don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re still doing amazing even if not as planned.

I am 39. I was diagnosed with progressive ms at 35, and now I realize I have ADHD as well! It's actually exciting and relieving to understand myself so much better. And very good to hear from others that have both. :)

Sound like you have a lot on your plate. Take your time & listen to your body & mind. Keep you chin up. Try to do one happy thing each day & that will help you. I have Diabetes & MS. Those 2 has it own challenges also. Cheers for now.

So not fully sure I have adhd ... I did have a diagnosis when I was a kid but it never stuck I guess .... but I do have all the symptoms on the hyperactive list of symptoms outnside of that indo suffer from mental health as a ms'er ( bpd, mdd, gad, panic disorder, and cptsd) I have been waiting to get to see a doc who can possibly help me come to a definitive adhd diagnosis.... when I was a kid the meds made, some of my symptoms worse and I think thats why we denounced the diagnosis... and they never gave it to me dur8ng my 4 years of lock up ..... but having hyperactive symptoms non the less is very hard on my ms cuz I have to walk or I get to antsy I have to have structure or I get to antsy and the constent diologe in my head makes me get headaches and more cog fog lol on days I have cog fog if my partner wants to have a conversation with me we cant have the tv on cuz my distraction ability becomes higher cuz in so mentally tired even watching your videos as I have a increase in my ms symptoms I have to rewind your video cuz I'll get distracted by my internal diolage Cuz my cog fog leaves me no mental discipline not to mention I think it's why my nero constantly says I'm sensitive and it's just making my symptoms flair more often then I have actul attacks seen on mri ... though I do need a cane now off and on and have needed a walker a couple times ..... but my ms is mild in realty I've had ms since 2009 diagnosis in 2012 dident need a walking device till 2021 at 35 .... I also got a house helper for cleaning mainly to help jeep up on it but I have to have the structure of going tk the store...my hyperactiveiviy makes me need to stay moving .... also when I'm having fatuge days me and my partner have came up with the rule on minimal interaction cuz I csnt control how loud i have when I talk fast on fatigued days I also have a smaller fuse for long spreads of serous conversation and will zone out if they take to long to say what they have to say
