On FAQs in your industry, I recommend checking out Answerthepublic and Google suggests to see what questions your audiences are asking about, answering these key questions first is a great start to building a strong content strategy foundation.     It took me ages to work out who my ideal client was, Laurie. I always thought it was salespeople, however, most of them don't pay their coaching bills so I pivoted to business owners who are amazing to work with and invest properly in themselves.

    Well, I’m a 3D architecture visualizer. And for what I see, being a human figure would already differentiate me from my competition.
    Almost every digital artist showcases their final product, not the process. When they share the process is usually focused on them, on how they develop the work from scratch to finnish.
    I was thinking that it would be interesting for the client to know how it is their part on the process to build trust. Like how the first draft will look like, and then one example of review list from a previous client(or even a fake one) and how it is applied to the images to garantee a successful delivery. Does that sounds like something a client would like to see? 😅

      These are all great ideas! I would say to take it one step further is to show the behind the scenes of a case study from a previous client, on how your design helped them become more successful or achieve an outcome. People love seeing results that others achieved and then consider how they can benefit from similar transformation. Keep it up and love your out of the box thinking. 🙌😀

    Hi @lauriewang I really enjoyed your video on using customer testimonials to create content. I'm a wedding photographer and I've been running my business for 8 years, but I don't have any online presence. I've been getting by on word-of-mouth, but now that most of my friends are married, I'm not getting as many clients. I'm planning to go online and I need a roadmap. What should I need? A social media page, WhatsApp business, website? Where should I start?
    I have a decade of experience in filmmaking as an assistant director in Indian cinema, so I'm familiar with using cinema lighting and framing. I think this could be a unique selling point for my business.
    I would really appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks!

      Great questions and love that you are looking to bring your business online. The best place to start given that your business is very visual, you can leverage Instagram to start sharing some of your previous video/photography work. Also, an online website to showcase your work as well as using it as a way for clients to find you on search engines as well as contact you.       I would start off small with these two to get yourself comfortable and then expand to new channels over time as you get more proficient with using these. 🙌
