    It will be helpful if you add links on description box below to buy online:-
    Ladder desk

    Space saving door hanger
    Transparent bag
    Closet mirror organiser and etc......

    Cluttered workspace? Simple! Just buy a new desk, shelves, chair, accessories and lighting! Crowded closet? Here's a before and after with completely different clothes inside! Need to organize? Just get ALL NEW STUFF!

      disneybelle Lol you are my twin, I swear. I thought THE SAME. PLUS, re: that shelf turned table, good idea in THEORY, but the people who have to eat dinner on the shelf side will have no where to put their legs. It will be uncomfortable to say the least!

    • @fbunny1446
      @fbunny1446 5 лет назад +15

      Debbi Andrews Also, did you see the way that shelf bottom was bowing under the weight of all those props? I have a similar shelf and it’s meant to sit flat on the floor - the wheels change the way it carries the weight of whatever you put there. A nasty surprise for anyone who’s playing Uno when the entire thing collapses! 🤪

    • @lightdarkequivalent7143
      @lightdarkequivalent7143 5 лет назад +2

      Yeah they need wheels on the middle to accommodate the weight

    The first and the most important thing to do to make space is to have fewer items. Consume less. Be frugal. Buy only what you need, not what you want. Delay your purchase to see if you still feel the need to buy the item. Stop buying things to impress people. Don't buy something just because others have it. Buy only what you really need. Give away what you haven't used for a while. De-clutter. And then try these space saving tricks.

    The cubby/table idea is good, but...attach the wheels to a separate sheet of 3/4" plywood that you have already stained/painted to match, then attach the entire thing to the base of the bookcase/cubby. It will prevent the sagging that was obvious in the video because this was never meant to be used that way.

    For the cost of materials on that shelf table thing (which will collapse in the middle because those shelving units are meant to be on the floor!) you could get a small sewing table with a collapsible side for cutting fabric which is sturdy enough for a table, better storage, and which won’t collapse!
    Also, please don’t keep toothbrushes in a wood or wicker container! It’s so hard to clean. Glass or plastic are the only acceptable toothbrush holder materials. Maybe stone.

  • @16kirsy
    @16kirsy 3 года назад +1

    y'all wildin with the comments in this video. complaining the suggestions are too cheap, also complaining they're too expensive. complaining they didn't post links, but if they did, we'd hear about affiliate marketing. complaining that it involves buying new stuff... if your space doesn't come with built-in storage, what exactly do you expect? i know these kinds of videos aren't known for their substance, but i actually thought it had some good ideas for someone moving into a new studio apt (maybe with a bit less drilling). apt living generally involves buying some extra items to create storage. for those of you that are annoyed by this, consider moving into a more expensive apt with more space. 🤷‍♀️

    ... does no one at buzzfeed own a goddamn drill?? Or a paint roller??? Wtf!
    EDIT: Also, that damned book shelf was bowing in the middle. I get the idea behind it and i do like it but y'all should have reenforced the bottom with a couple of 2x4s or something. That shelf table thing is not gonna last. Y'all also need to post a product list. That lamp was pretty cool.
    Also also, im really tired of videos like this that say "see its not so hard" when 90% of the people watching this are probably like me and have too many items and thats why we are watching videos about maximizing storage. When you show us all the magical storage tricks but dont explain that decluttering is the best way and THEN organizing, then this is all empty.
    .... Seriously do none of you have a goddamn drill?!

    • @leilanidru7506

      LadyJosie decluttering before organizing seems kinda like a duh to me. Obviously the more stuff you have, the less space you have any the more you’re gonna need to organize. Case in point: you already knew this fact. Isn’t it obvious you need to get rid of all that you don’t use/as much as you can? But I agree with the rest of york comment. This video was kinda not helpful in a lot of ways.

    Baba daza made a point about having to find the items to buy... But that's assuming you can afford to pay for it! If you're living in a tiny space, I'm sure most would assume that it's because you can't afford more. How about some solutions that are actually plausible for the majority of your audience? (Nifty, crafty, diyers who would probably rather spend the time and effort in the project instead of forking up a truckload of money for products that might or might not last the job when they could've saved a small fortune?) Many of these ARE DIY-able, but many of them will only have a cheap shortcut instead of an inexpensive workaround. Like the hidden jewelry door
