Thanks for explaining this. For proper etiquette, what if you see both people are busy and you still need to schedule this meeting, should you still schedule and wait for the other person to decline?
I made a horrible mistake today using this because I didn’t realize this: I saw the burgundy out of office strip at the very top. When I entered all of the names and searched for open slots, I found a time: however, it was my own managers time that even( though the field for that time was white space) it had the burgundy line around the row like an outline and if you hold your mouse over the time you will see the information entered for that time. I sent it to 33 people and my own boss was not available! I felt really bad. So if you see out of office hold the mouse over the time section for that person to see what it says.
I have a "messy" question... We are an office of 28. We are having a big problem with double booking of meetings/attendees? If we were to re-create a meeting using scheduling assistant, could we eliminate double booking staff members? Can a double booking of an individual be "forced?" Is it possible for an invitee to accept attendance at one meeting and ALSO accept an "optional" attendee for another meeting at the same time? I hope this makes sense. Please and thank you for your help, in advance
Thank you

I am a legal assistant an I need to set schedule reminders 90/ 60/30/14/7 days prior to the deadline. How would I do this?

How do I change the Scheduling Assistant from horizontal to vertical view? It's driving me insane
Great! Just went a little fast.
