Unfortunately, this messed me up. It didn't say anything about needing a digital id. .... What happened: I composed the email, with the sensitive information it, I clicked encrypt, then send. outlook came back with a message saying you don't have a digital ID. I should have clicked cancel, but silly me, I clicked change security settings, unchecked encrypt and boom it was sent (no security)! sigh.

How can you set it up where all emails sent are encrypted?

You are talking about gmail. I stopped using gmail and went to yahoo. Since google won't let you change your email address I will need to create a whole new account using the yahoo address. The phone is set up with your google account when you activate a new phone. My phone is only a few months old so I'm not going to buy another new phone. I want to sign out of the whole google account on the phone not just the gmail and then sign into the google account using the yahoo address. Can that be done?

Very informative and quick! I have been sending this out to others to show them how so thank you!! P.S. In case nobody mentioned it, the mic is a little too close. Saying that because you can hear the saliva sounds as you talk. Nobody could hear this in daily life, but the mic amplifies it, and even more when the listener has headphones. Hope that was (somewhat) returning the favor, and thanks again!

I'm looking for a way if a member of my team books something into their own calendar, it can be automatically put into the shared one, or they can send it over while inserting their own one. Is that possible at all? I'm trying to find a way of seeing things in my shared calendar without them having to manually add one for themselves and another for me.
