For those, like me, who weren't able to find the flow bot option, just select "post message in a chat or channel" and the next menu lets you select Flow bot in the "post as" dropdown.
Yes you can make it anonymous. You can achieve when creating the forms, create it such that anyone can respond to the form without signing in.(that is even outside the organization)
I just wanted to say from one IT Professional to another that this was an exceptional video! I have used it on several support tickets and had successful conclusions! Thank you so much as this was extremely helpful and well done!
now i want to go through and make it to where it goes through an approval and we can then say we are acting on it... would that be best in SharePoint? or is that something you can do in Teams?
I'm such a newbie! I followed your suggestions to create a Suggestion Box for our small business. Now that I've created the Suggestion Form, how do I save it in a central spot for team members to access the Form?
Thank you for the great video; however I do not see the Post a message as a Flow bot to a channel. I only have Post a choice of options as the Flow Bot to a user. Any idea of why I cannot see the message you are using?
This is a great tutorial but I don't have an option to enter a headline - I had to manually type in the Post message via flow bot to channel. What did I miss?

This was SO helpful - honestly the best teams tutorial I've seen in a minute.
Thank you for posting this!! Super helpful and easy to follow, I had no idea how many tools Microsoft had available!
Nice and helpful video.
I had to email the channel instead of automatically posting, due to admin rights. Really useful video!
Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Just wanted to let you know how helpful this was! Thank you so much for creating this video. It's going to help my company out so much :)
Very helpful and sick mustache
it worked, simple and detailed instructions, thank you!

Thank you this was so helpful!!
Can it be made to be anonymous?
THIS!
@@RobBlokland is there an answer on if this can be anonymous?
Came looking for this. But since no answer has been offered, I’ll guess. Maybe we just skip the part in flow where the submitter email is added?
Yes by making the form unanonimous.
when editing your form on the right side you will see three dots, then settings and under who can fill out this form uncheck "record name"
This was a great tutorial! Thank you!
Thank you so much for this.
I Can't find " Post message via flow bot to channel", is there any other way to do it. Please let me know

Post message as flow bot to a channel seems to have been removed, at least I don't see it when I'm going through your steps.
SO helpful thank you so much!

I would like the replies to go to a folder on the Teams channel instead of General. How can I do that?
It would be most helpful to slowly show where you are clicking. I wasn’t able to figure it it out without replaying the video numerous times. Thanks
THANK YOU!
what if i dont have a team or the power to create a team?
what about an ANONYMOUS suggestion box? many employee's won't give suggestions, even productive one's, if their identity might be known.
Make the form anonymous, allow response without signing in. Worked for me that way with my organization
