So much for that 0-100 mile keep under 55mph lol. +1 for Dan Cummins, we have not worked with Miles but Lindsey is awesome as well. We bought my wife's Tuscadero Wrangler from them. Great deal and super helpful with flying in from out of state! Congrats on the truck! Hopefully my '23 comes in a reasonable time.
Digital clusters are incredibly lazy. I can't understand why so many people are in favor of them. Manufacturers can just toss the same display into every vehicle in the lineup and have some UI designer spit out a "unique" appearance for the tach and speedometer in 10 minutes. All done. No seeking out special materials, no combining of backgrounds/needles/hubs/surrounds/fonts/colors to ensure a cool look with intricate details (see the Ram 1500 Longhorn for an example). People see a big ass screen and eat it up. Automakers LOVE these customers. And don't get me started on the vehicles with climate controls solely located within the infotainment. Aside from the obvious safety hazard, it's more lazy design. Why bother with integrating physical switches and dials with tactile plastics and metals when you could just have a software developer tack on another infotainment menu for no additional pay? AND you get to port that menu over to every model! What a deal! /rant
162,000 for a havoc version 😂 in Canada,FYI if you are cruising on the highway go into snow mode and you will get 30 miles to the gallon and help break in the engine . It’s a dog but saves fuel and will cruise no,problem at highway speeds❤ I own a 2021 and it works 😂
Thank you! So strange thing is, lots of dealers are still charging msrp or higher on used ones! There are a few dealers out there selling new ones at msrp so even though it's counter-intuitive, you may find a better deal on a new 2022 model than a used one depending on location...
@@CatchMeOffroad Please let me know what you think of the 2023 digital dash cluster. Is it a reason to buy a 2023 over a 2022? What other changes do you see on the 2023s? Thanks!
I know right! The plant is literally 20 minutes from my house but I had to wait an extra 4 weeks for unnecessary shipping - however it was worth it for the large discount. Thanks for your support!
Lol nice truck and color (ordered a ‘23 in blue to replace my ‘22 red) but you’re supposed to drive no more than 55mph the first 100 miles and are absolutely not supposed to leave it cruise control you wanna vary the throttle pretty consistently until 500 miles.
I got my 23 on order from Miles also! lol small world. I am selling my 21 Raptor 37 package, and want to get some 37s on the 23 TRX and not get it to rub when wheeling off road.
Just got my 23 two days ago - question for you: is your boost gauge practically useless? Compared to my 2022 that I traded in, the 22’s boost gauge had zero lag. The 23’s has a ton of lag…
Congrats on the new truck! I actually haven't really used the boost gauge so I can't answer that, but very interesting observation 🤔 Does it match up with the one in the Performance Pages on the radio screen?
@@nabatron21 I placed the order for the 23 back in August so wanted to sell it before new one arrived. No issues with 21, just wanted to take advantage of used car economy and discounts on new TRX.
The speed doesn't matter it's the amount of acceleration applied. Technically, you're not supposed to floor the car for the first 300 miles but as the owner of two hellcats, a trackhawk with 1100 horsepower and a tyrant TRX, I can tell you that you're going to floor it day one unless you're a p***y

Please make a video on the differences between the 2021 and 2023, Nav screen, etc.
I 2nd this too
Will do 👍🏼
my dad ordered his trx october 10th and got it jan 28th. His is a base truck. WIth no equipment groups.
Miles is the best - worked with him last year for mine, great guy and great dealership.
I was just there picking up mine and my brother in laws from miles last Friday and Saturday!
Waiting on my 23 from same dealer. Ordered in september. Same salesman
Wow! How cool… I have one ordered there though Brett! And a 2023 Hellcat Jailbreak
I have a '22 but got an order for a '23 in before they closed!
Congrats man. I missed the boat on 2023s. The new digital dash is cool and hydro blue is still an awesome color
Thanks brother, don't worry I'm sure order banks will open up again and there's always the 2024 model too 👍🏼
They actually just opened it back up for 500 additional orders so hurry
@@NickR27 Yep saw that. Waiting for confirmation of color restrictions. Might make the move
@@JumpSquadAuto Do it now and take advantage of the discounts off MSRP while it lasts.
I like the old dashboard more than the digital one. What about your opinion? If the old one is better + the new one -

Can’t wait mine to arrive next month.
Finally another videooooo 😂. Congrats man! Can’t wait to see you out the truck through its paces
I bought my 1320 from one of there other locations last summer, I am supposed to go up there in there morning to look at a TRX there.
Congrats on the new ride! Looks like a nice upgrade.
Thanks buddy! Can't wait to wheel with you next weekend! 🤘🏼
I’m getting a 2023 soon sucks that there’s a limited color selection.
Congrats! Enjoy!

Congratulations! Beautiful Truck! I have been shopping for one on the USED market. How much are dealers discounting off sticker on new ones?

10,5mpg for the trip average?

Breaking it in at 80mph? Thought you were supposed to go 55mph or lower for 300 miles.

55 mph? Lol don’t come to Houston then

Pass on the digital dash but congrats
All of those used trxs must be raptor R trade ins 😂
They don't sell FORDS at that dealership! TRX hater!

can you get more vids on the long travel trx?
