    This is exactly what I learned at one of the courses I atended. It is called Obssesion Sales System. The mentor said something similar. If you're not obsessed of your course, your passions, you evovlving more and more, you'll never succeed. That's why I stoped waiting for something to happen. I just started to make it happen. When I'm on my days off from my job, I work on my dream life: creating my course, writing scripts for my videos, writing for my books. I make it happen. ❤

    It’s simple just eat as much as you want of healthy low-fat foods, not as much as. You can focus on building elite level fitness with high-end cardio and strength gains pushing to absolute failure in the gym and drink more water more water. You’re not drinking enough. Well you are misfit vegan, but everyone else isn’t, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

    A while ago I think you were critical of the microboime theory. If so, can you break down why in video? I also don't think we need potatoes for variety etc
