It’s so refreshing to see someone on you tube being honest/ genuine, not pretending to have a perfect family. Thank you for being transparent bec some ppl honestly think that social media is real life 24/7. We only see 15 mins of your day.
@@EatMoveRest i get it and I appreciate your honesty. You have a beautiful, wonderful family and certainly don’t need to pretend anything bec God knows you’re not perfect and His opinion is the only one that truly matters
I homeschooled 3 kids. Two are graduated from college and my youngest will be a junior in high school this year. My biggest pieces of advice...First, just plug along. Slowly, bit by bit. Some days will be great. Most of the time you'll feel like you're not doing enough😂. Then there will be seasons where you feel you're at a standstill or going in reverse! Learning isn't usually a straight line process. But if you are present with them, living life together, reading together--it WILL be enough. Second, we always taught to the highest level when possible. This works great for literature, history, and science. And it makes your life easier. I know many homeschool families who do that and the younger ones end up being ahead of their peers! Homeschooling is the hardest and best thing I've ever done. Prayers for your journey!
Oh Erin. When you started speaking about the family dynamic, it really brought out the emotions. You are NOT a hypocrite. I SO appreciate your transparency and honesty. Having our family welcome our 3rd son and becoming a family of 5, was the hardest transition. I could relate completely to what you shared. I look up to you, you’re doing amazing. Thank you from one mama to another. You look beautiful ❤
I’ve been a viewer since you guys began and I have to say it’s so so beautiful how you guys how your family has grown. As someone with no kids I always thought that having them means jeopardizing peace and balance of your life- but you guys make it look so easy to balance it all including your health (you’re both still glowing!!) Keep shining your light 🎉❤
Don't feel like a hypocrite ❤ it's so refreshing and actually nice to hear that you can still be an amazing person/parent/partner and have these issues ❤
Sending you all much blessings and love ❤️ having two young kids and a baby is super challenging and surrender and gratitude sound like two great tools 🥰🥰
Beautiful Erin! 💗🙏💗🌸. Thank you so much for opening up and sharing your experience. Please don’t ever apologize for elaborating and expressing what you’re going through. The reason why you’re able to help others is because you understand the joys and the sorrows. We all go through it. You still bring so much joy and light, even on days that challenge you. And as my husband always says, the trees weather the storms and in the process they grow stronger roots. You are a beautiful light, a shining star 🌟, and an inspiration! Thank you, Thank you!! 🌸💗
Love it I raise my kids the way you are raising yours in the FAMILY BED... I'm 66 years old and I also breastfed my children for 10 years 3 girls & Never Stopped producing milk & nursed all 3 TILL 4 years of age🙏
Oh my goodness, Zoe looks like Dusty!! Dark hair and eyes! SOO cute 🥰 Hang in there, Erin… you are in the thick of it right now, it is so normal to feel overwhelmed when your kids are those ages…. My oldest drove me around town yesterday 😳 and I miss when they were little and driving me crazy 🤪 Hang in there… it gets easier!!
Dear Erin, you are a role model for many moms as a mom and woman, I am sure. We cannot complete all of our, "to-do's" and this is absolutely okay, but we owe ourselves care, love, and joy. Blessing for your beautiful family!
You are certainly at a challenging time with three little ones. It is even harder when you have a lot you want to do and accomplish. It's easy to get overwhelmed. You are not alone and we have all been there. Thanks for being genuine and real. You are an inspiration and we appreciate all you do for your community. Cut yourself some slack and know you are doing great.
You’re definitely not a hypocrite that’s for sure! Life is hard! I admire how you both work from home to be with your children. They are benefiting so much!🙏💕💯👏👏👏
Hi Erin! I’ve been watching you from the beginning. I love how REAL you are. I’m also a midwesterner and feel like that’s in our nature. You’re doing great with the 3 kids. I also have 3 kids. It was a hard transition for me, but it’s gotten easier. To be more zen, I’ve incorporated some tai chi in my day. I feel it helps regulate my mood and helps to get rid of negative feelings I accumulate during the day. It only takes a few minutes a day and I feel so much relief when things get to be too much (which is everyday)😅 Your hair and skin look great. You’re a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you for making these videos for all of us to enjoy 😊
Erin, you are doing such a great job! I can't even begin to imagine trying to balance a newborn, two young kids AND a full time business. As hard as that must be I bet someday you'll look back and kinda miss the chaos...or maybe you'll laugh and think "thank goodness that's over with" lol. ❤ Hang in there!! 😊
This was amazing. I just had my third baby April 28 so I think we were due around the same time frame and I agree the third has been the most challenging for me and postpartum has been a lot more difficult as a mom of 3, thank you for being so honest and real that it is not always sunshine and rainbows.
Congratulations on the beautiful home birth of your baby Zoe! Thank you for your honesty.3rd child was really hard, but after that 4th+ it was much easier. So it will be for you😊
Love this video and love you guys💗 thank you for being so vulnerable and honest:) You guys are so inspiring and I look up to you so much. Blessings to your family! Praying for you always🙏🏻
You guys rock! Question about prepping for your body for pregnancy: do you change anything about your workout and eating routine during the trying-months? I know about the supplements, but anything else would be helpful!
I practiced the yoga stomach vacuum after my baby was born. My stomach was flat in 2 days. Try it. I also co-slept with my child for years. She co-sleeps with her babies and they co- sleep with each other. It’s healthy.
High achievers struggle with letting things go and just chill. When you start berating yourself for not having completed your checklist, ask yourself "what is the worst that can happen, if I don't do this task?" Usually nothing will happen, so leave it!
Are your complement vitamins still a whole "formed" capsule? My last 2 orders have been those capsules that are two pieces put together (if that makes sense)...like the empty capsules you can buy yourself. Yours look like the single formed capsule in the video, just wondering if that is from your most recent order? Congrats on the new babe, so precious!! And you look wonderful!!
I am currently watching your chipotle bowl video but I came to the newest video in hopes to get an answer… Is that “white shoepeg corn“ in the bowl? If so, I keep looking for that and I cannot find it anywhere! May I ask what store you were able to find that, if it was the white shoepeg corn? Congrats on the new babe!
Hi Erin, I love doing Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations (I was very high anxiety and stress before them!). The short Changing Boxes meditation is only 19 minutes and you can envision yourself relaxed and calm in your future self.💕 You have my email if you want anymore suggestions.😊
I love you guys.. my tips for slowing down. Get your to dos done early am. And put the kids to work with helping around the house more and more :) also, with that, lower your standards a bit to accommodate the littles learning how to do it like mama ;) imagine your their first boss, train them on chores over time and some day when their 10 and up like mine, they will be able to do it like mama does (or at least close enough) I love your tips to put phones down early evening.. I too need to be better at winding down and “being” not just “doing”. Lastly, recognize we never will get it just right and zen all the time. Pray without ceasing is what we ought to do. if we were able to accomplish peace on our own in this broken world, what did Jesus die for? Our ultimate peace, when properly understood, flows first from our right relationship with God through the atonement. Thank you Jesus! Refocus ought to have been my year word 😅 because I truly need to do that more than anything else. Blessings to you and your family Erin!! ❤️ your hard work is paying off in so many ways! (Prov 13:4)
If there is one thing that I would do differently in raising my child, it's that I should have trained (and expected) him to do chores every day. Teaching him that it's a FAMILY responsibility to work TOGETHER to keep the household running smoothly. I always did things myself, because it was just easier, but in the long run, that was a big mistake.

What was the name/spelling of that high protein leafy green tree you were nibbling from? Thanks!
How is the sea moss going??
Hi girl, I really admire your commitment.
How many calories do you think works for your right now and makes you feel nourished?
Thank you
Hey Erin, I love this vid! Where's your necklace from?

During the q n a, it was hard to see questions. The colors were too similar.

I would recommend cooking the corn in their husks ((soak in water) on the grill instead of aluminum that is harmful to the body. 🌽
