Because of you, I've finally made the grocery store trip yesterday morning and got some healthy food. I didn't get any meat and didn't give into temptation. As of today (April 1), it marks my second full day of eating healthy and I can already tell the change with my energy. I'm more awake. Thank you so much for the inspiration
@@stellalegolasnevolous4666 it was good the first week or a little more than a week but my mental health is plummeting so I slipped up and ate unhealthy food but I'll get back on eating better
I love these new recipes! To spice things up ;) just a tip: Phở is pronounced sth like "pha", its origin is "pot au feu" which means pot "on the stove" in French :)
OMMGGGG girl, first time commenting but I have absolutely been lovingggggg your videos!! I think I might have seen them all like three times by now 😂 You have been helping me get back on my plant-based diet and I absolutely adore your personality!!!!!!! 🥰♥️ Thank you so so so so much for all of these great ideas!!!! 🌱
Hey Julia I've been watching your content for a few days now, and I gotta say you inspired me to make my own plant based meals. I've been an inspired vegan for a couple years now and I've been in the best shape of my life. I loved yoga since I was in my early 20s and I'm going on twenty eight, but I'm no where I need to be: consistency is key and struggle with anxiety so its difficult to get through my at home sessions.
I love how you take these simple ideas and make such amazing dishes. It's so cool how you know enough about cooking and baking to wing all your recipes. SKILLS! I Literally want to make all your creative creations! PS that citrus juicer thing is so cute
Awe thank you so much! It’s been a passion of mine for a long time so it’s always exciting to try new things🥰 hope you get creative in the kitchen too! Lots of love!
@@juliaayers111 Since I've been watching your videos the past year, you've inspired me so much to get more confident in the kitchen and now I don't know how to follow a recipe because I do my own thing like you!!
12:55 reminds me of how I do avos and mushroom on toast. I sauté mushrooms and onions in some curry powder, nooch and tamari to make like a nooch gravy. (I usually wilt some spinach in as well just because I'm lazy and its easier to dress on the toast rather than fresh spinach lol) Serve with avo mashed with white beans with paprika and chili flakes. Top with some lightly toasted sunflower kernals, pepitas and peanuts. Yum! I'll definitely be trying this miso/lemon juice 'sauce' next time!
Next time you make dumplings, I recommend putting them straight in a pan with oil and then adding some water and steaming it the rest of the way. Soooo good
Hi Julia 🌸 I love your videos! I’ve been plant based for around 9 months now. Whenever I feel I am lacking inspiration, your videos always remind how amazing plant based food is and can be. Thankyou x
10:10 Gosh, I forgot how annoying the tea packaging is. Have been buying loose leaf in bulk for a few years and now I can see even more advantages of this switch :D
You are so bubbly and talented in the kitchen. I admire how serious you are on critiquing the taste of foods- no mercy! I have an allergy to most b vitamins. If you have a suggestion for a vegan cheese sauce that omits nutritional yeast I would appreciate it. Thank you for sharing another great video.
im new to the channel but i've watched a few of your vids and man!! i admire your creativity in the kitchen so much. and the shots... damn. i feel inspired to try so many stuff now, esp salads and dressings, which i always felt were boring. tho first receipe to try is def gonna be cocoa matcha : D thank you for this vid and have a nice day/night!
You need to do the falafel again but with soaked, uncooked chickpeas without the soaking water obviously …. That’s the secret and it tastes like original! Life changing and sooo so good 😊
You should try sliding your chopped veggies off your cutting board with the backside of your knife! Someone recently suggested it to me and my knives stay sharper for longer :)
Omg i love your videos.. i get super excited i see the notification that you uploaded ... 💯💯 sending you love .. All your recipes and cooking is amazing.
Wow you are so inspiring. Your food is beautiful and looks so delicious. I have tried many things you make and have always been happy. Thanks for sharing. 😊❤️
I really should start trying some of your recipes - they all look so good! But you should totally try making a Thai tea with sugar and soy milk. You can have it hot or cold, but you’ll need to order the loose tea leaves online because I can never find it in physical stores (even in specialized tea stores, it I’m in the US so that may be different for you).
Literally all I have to do is watch one of your videos and the inspiration starts to flow. Also you are THE most underrated RUclipsr that there is ❤️❤️❤️
Okay, I just clicked but I'm so excited to see if you picked my comment... 🙃 This whole day was so stressful abd I just down to have a coffee and then your notification comes. Honestly can't be better. Love u Julia 💓
