Hey friends and welcome!🌞 I think we're all trying to find peace within ourselves and in my opinion this comes from having more grace and stepping outside of the perfectionism bubble we often find ourselves in. I'm wishing peace, grace and acceptance on you 💛

I don’t know who gives you all this pressure to do crazy new creative things with your meals all the time or to always eat perfectly, but let me tell you: I watch this channel (for over 2 years now!) for YOU. You’re personality, your positivity, your adventures and point of view. The food is just a fun thing to watch but I could watch you make cereal and rice noodles and enjoy it. Your editing style is so so so satisfying to watch that nothing is boring or too simple.
Agreed!!!
Same here. Agree ❤
This is so incredibly sweet 💛 thank you for your support, I'm forever grateful for it✨
Very same here! My very fav channel and comfort place and not only for the food. I mean I cannot keep up cooking all the dishes anyway, for me it would be even fine to see your yummy favs in repetition (as a reminder to make them) and just follow you on your journey and adventures. I love seeing all the snippets of your daily life, because they always feel very real and honest.
You couldn’t have said it better I agree 😊
Thanks for sharing your journey you and your channel are such a safe space😊😊💕💕 sending love from USA🤙🏾
Love your positive vibe and I'm happy for you that you have more confidence than in Past years ago ❤
Do you travel with your pink pot?
Hahaha yes I decided to bring it with me because I couldn't stand cooking on crappy pots and pans in airbnbs and hostels! 🤪
Your videos/editing are the absolute best!!
If you enjoy camping, take some time to explore the Cederberg. Western Cape has some of the most beautiful camping spots around ⛰️
It's now on the list of things to do ✨
Love another of your videos Julia - fell asleep watching last night because I was so tired and picked up my computer this morning to rewatch the whole thing. Love how creative you are in your cooking! I would love to hear more about where you are, what is life like there? Any problems, issues, concerns; things you do, sights to see, life in another country - for those of us untraveled folks, I long to hear how that all is.
Love everything on this ❤
💛💛💛
That lemon squeeze😂😂
Hahahah sometimes you gotta bite the thing! Your jaw is stronger than your hands 😂😜
Sweet breakfast wraps
Hey Julia I’m so glad you are in Cape Town, ive been living in Cape Town my whole life (I’m 23 now). I’ve been watching you for a while now and I’ve been waiting for you to come here cause it’s truly incredible! Ask me any questions you have about places to go and things to see! 🥰🥰🥰
You should try vegan Kaiserschmarrn for breakfast! I Love it so much
Sounds awesome, do you have a recipe? :)
I have never been inspired to make a creative breakfast eveyday! I will sometimes do it on the weekends but mostly I am just trying to survive in the mornings 😭😭
You should try savory scones for breakfast! You can add whatever you want to it
Hi Julia ! Just wanted to know how you get the AG1 and matcha into south africa ? Love your energy and content and would love to meet you before you take off😊much love ❤❤
Hi Julia..love the work you do! May I request that you add a list of the ingredients on the video (like you did for the salad recipe at 19:42) for all your recipes..it's super helpful for a cookalong..where I can screenshot and collect all the ingredients and then just cook with you as the video is playing..it would be suuper helpful..just a suggestion. Much love from India 💕
Thank you for the feed back, I truly appreciate it! I sometimes do this on certain videos and tbh why I don't do it on every video is just out of laziness and wanting to be done editing ( lol! ) So thank you for reminding me how valuable it is to put in the little bit of extra work💛
Julia- have you ever tried a flat white with oat milk?? I just had one for the first time a couple weeks ago and it’s my new favourite!!!
yessss it's sooo sooo yummy 🤤
Flat white with oat milk is my favorite too😊
I'm 42, and still cannot stand eggplant. I have made myself learn to love cilantro, though, so maybe someday it will happen for eggplant too.
Chcę być jak ty, gdy dorosnę!
Good recipe
12:11 we already know that 😂
It's amazing what you ate, also the fact that you don't ate so much dessert or sugar, just some chocolate, a smoothie. How can I reduce this, or eliminate of my diet?
I can't answer this question from personal experience because I don't actually crave sweets that much. So take this with a grain of salt ... However, if you want to limit your sugar intake, in my opinion, start very slowly! Limit one thing or choose something that has less sugar in comparison. For example, you drink coke everyday, choose a soda water with flavouring instead a couple times a week to start.
Or maybe you love chocolate, instead of choosing a candy bar ( like Twix or snickers ) you get a bar of mild dark chocolate instead.
Simple switches like this can still fill the craving you have but eliminate some of the excess sugar in your diet. Making these switches can also spark the taste buds to get used to less sugar and more bitter palates!
The reason I suggest to start slowly is because we are more likely to stick with something when it isn't to much change all at once.
I hope this helps! Much love to you💛
@@juliaayers111 Thank you Julia
hi!! i recall you mentioning you're currently living in south africa. Maybe I'm ignorant, but isn't it extremely dangerous there? (Especially for women). What's your experience been like in terms of moving around outside?
Love eggplant! Reminds me of mushrooms!
13:23 what's this fruit, it looks like mango 🥭
Yes its a mango😊
Hi Julia, do you have change your kitchen? It seems to be not the same as the last your video…..
I'm currently traveling around so the first kitchen in this video was an Airbnb.. the second half of the video will be my new home for the next number of months! If you'd like to know a bit more about my life and whats going on, you can watch this video ruclips.net/video/3IMCMm-gbaI/видео.html 😊
Julia your recipes are sooooo yummy, you have a true chef's gift! Aren't you making enough money now to buy a blender and strainer (and all else you need) online? Amazon ships everywhere! Question: does the boyfriend have a job? It would be nice if he showed himself on camera so we can see who your latest beau is. :)
I believe she mentioned in a previous video that she would like to keep her love life a bit more personal 😊
Thank you!!😊 it’s not about the money, it’s about needing to get rid of the thing once I leave South Africa, I’m currently traveling!
olive oil in pasta water is a myth 😅
love your vidsss!!! btw, why are your lemon so juicyyy??!! i swear my are dry af haha!!! much love
