Every minute there is a sucker born, but the amount of greed out here is amazing, its a battle between a Sucker and dealer greed at this point.

Facts - ((not on one car)) - I have a Mustang, Challenger, and a Camaro that probably adds up to about $150,000 all together - that is the only way I can spend $150,000 is if I am getting 3 cars out of it ((not one)) hell no - people spending $200,000 on one car and only driving it a couple times a week - i would rather spend $150,000 and drive 3 cars and switch up every day

I bought a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat in Las Vegas new in 2020 for $43,000. The prices marked up now is completely insane! RIPOFF!!!!

I know a guy who just bought the same spec Demon 170 - white, sunroof, red guts, and he paid MSRP! This dealership already has a collection of Chargers and Challengers just collecting dust on their lot and asking $200k over for that 170 tells you exactly why those cars aren't selling
These cars are undrivable in normal day to day--you can look at my channel--I have had ZL1--stingers--and now own a Kona N--even in my Kona I can hit 125 mph getting on the hwy--in the ZL1 and stinger its closer to 140 mph--just coming down the ramp on the hwy hitting the pedal maybe 65 to 70%.Also my AWD stinger was beating these cars in drag strip and these dodges spin the wheels even at 50 ph--they are not getting off the line at all.

I looked at new cars and the insurance was insane. I got a classic and insurance for an entire year was the same price as 1 month. I got an immaculate museum type 73 mach 1 mustang cheaper and insurance was the same price for for year as 1 month. I am proud to own a piece of history paid off and way less insurance and car shows love my ride.

nobody buys hotrods when gas prices are high and the economy is tanking. i have 2 older chryslers as im a dodge guy. 2006 town and country has 227K miles and my 1999 300M just turned 84K miles. dodge/chrysler brands are being killed off by stelantis. i will never buy a dodge/chrysler/jeep product as long as the italians/stelantis are building them. i bought my wife a subaru forester for her every day car as a replacement when her problematic chrysler 200 was totaled last year. subby's price point is much easier on the wallet. i briefly thought about dodge then shelved that idea mainly because of price and who builds them.

I like checking Cleveland Power and Performance. They pick these up at salvage auctions nationally and sell the complete drivetrain bolted to a pallet in running condition with computer fuel tank dash gauges . You could build your own sleeper. They include photographs what the donor car looked like after 100 mph barrel roll. They all seem to be high speed rollovers because top of engine usually isn’t even scratched

Just bought a certified pre-owned charger R/T with 6400 miles for $36k. Back in November the dealer wanted $46k. I just kept my eye on it and watched the price keep dropping til I got my work bonus to put down for the down payment.
If you needed to use your bonus, one of these pre repo cars are not for you.

insane. i remember i bought a scat pack 13 miles brand new off the lot in ‘18 for 45k fees and registration included. they cost what the hellcat cost when it first came out now 😂
I work on these cars everyday. Dodge makes a beautiful, fast car but the quality is piss poor. Driveshaft, top end, transmission, motor mounts. I replace these on almost every car with than 80k miles.
I prefer the 2018 demon over the 170. Absolutely right about some RUclipsrs buying this car thinking they will get a lots of views. It ain’t going that way.. that super bee plum crazy super nice.. if I ever decided to get charger again it would be that super bee

That salesman is doing really well for car sales. I tried car sales and made about 15k in the year after working 12 hour days. The rest of the guys made even less. I guess it depends on where you work. I think there are less people these days who can afford these cars and the gas. In 2015, the fully loaded scat packs were running 43ish and you could get a stripped scat pack for 36. I got a load fully loaded RT Plus for 33k in 2016. All muscle cars were deep discounted. Since the virus, everything went up 10k.

It's just money but don't ever pay over MSRP for anything. 200k over and you can only insure up to the manufacturer value not what you paid for it. Keep that in mind because if it gets wrecked or damaged you just lost your money. Good luck tho!
