Du hast mir mit deinen Videos schon sehr viel beigebracht, obeohl ich schon viel kann, aber man lernt sein leben lang. Vielen Dank.
Ein mega guter kanal
Brilliant and beautiful!! I love so many things, especially how you offest the filler strips by the thickness of the adjacent material to have something solid to drill into (hopefully that made sense). I really appreciate all your videos!! Thank you, sir!!!
Thank you so glad to hear that you watched my videos and most importantly that you’re like them, much appreciated 🙏

Nice work! Did you learn all of this on your own over time? I am 3 years in carpentry and still learning each and everyday. I took some tips from you too 😂 Cheers from NYC.

Amazing work. Any videos on making the doors and fitting hardware to them?
Not yet!but I will soon thanks
Hi mate, that's an absolutely brilliant job! Can you please tell me where did you buy the sliding door kit from? Cheers
👍🏼 como siempre maestro
Thanks 🙏
You good at what you do im a cabinet installer myself 20 years plus in the cabinetry business [ i just have one question for you wouldn't it be cheaper to use 3mm white masonite backing for the bedroom units
It is you right but they are not always easy to find
Where do you get your sheet materials from ?
Excellent work as always.
Thanks
I'm a complete beginner looking to do my own DIY project at home. I've watched numerous videos but this video is by far the most helpful! Your work is amazing, keep it up!!
Where do you get the coloured boards from? Can you choose different designs?
What material is used for the base?
Much appreciated. Just subscribed!
Awesome! Thank you! They are laminate 18mm boards frome home design hq they can be in many colours and finish and for panels i used 19 mm mdf
@@CAVjoinery thanks for the response!
Super travail comme toujours dit moi javais une question qu'est ce que tu utilises comme colle et spray pour tes fileurs ?
Thank so much
Is a CA glue and activator spray
I'm new to your channel, another great video. Love the continuous sub base first instead of levelling individual units, I've never tried that but will. Top class work again 👍🏽
Awesome, thank you!
Awesome video… fantastic end result. If you would like to do a video with an explanation of scribing it would be great appreciated xx
Excellent
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome work! Looks really good and very informative to have you share your knowledge. I understand that the blue blocks are the U-scribe jigs. Does your stock come in 19mm? I'm Dutch but most here is 18mm, so I would need the green ones? Also, can share the name of the black scribe block you use to offet the 19mm (14:50) and the scribe tool you use initially (10:45)? Thanks a lot!!!
Hey thanks here are amazon links amzn.to/41RlZ0R and the other one is just a compas with a pencile attached amzn.to/48d5VZF thios is better then the one i use it holds distance set stronger
Thanks for watching
Great video as usual, Question, the shelving just appeared, so didn't see how you fixed them in ?
Assume usual pegs or small brackets ?
would love to see what sort of jig or layout do you use to accurately align all the drill holes ?
Yes shelf pegs and some of them i did drilled them on site
I use festool LR 32 you can see the rail that hase holes on it
Hi cav love watching your work where are you based I’m acorn joinery in chapeltown
Great video, I would love to work for you. Do you have a video for when you fit sliding door?
No I think was 2 min job and some how lost it thanks for watching !!
Excellent work, do you get all the panels and shelves pre-cut and drilled and delivered to site?
Thank you yes I do
Very useful video! Thanks for sharing bro 👍
Appreciate it
I liked your way of doing it, what is the big sheet material u use called and where do u get it from?
It is chipboard laminate carcasess and mdf for the fillers
@CAVjoinery thanks matey, who stocks it?
Hi CAV, where are you based? Your joinery work is second to none👌
hi thanks for watching my video i am based in sheffield
Great job, just wondering what sliding door gear do you use and any suggestions for smaller doors also for sliding system
Hi thanks for watching I use haffel
nice, keep them coming
Thank sir
Great work man. Very informative vids. Do you fix the units to the back walls?
Yes I do! I forgot to mention that behind the shelves are screwed into the wall
@@CAVjoinery very good idea. 👍 thanks 😊
Nice job, appreciate your effort!
I'm asking how much money do you take for making this project without material, only your work?
Good luck!!!
I won enclosed a real price but an estimate one @ 1000 £
hi,thank you share your working video,it is perfect, what's glue you use for siding and what's spray liquid?
Yes, thank you i us ca glu heres my amazon link amzn.to/45thN7C
Nice work. Btw. I think I wouldn’t trust to stand on a Systainer Tower 😮
Me neither but I take the risk 🤣 i like to use them because they can set closer to the units unlike the larders u have to leaning on
Hi, first of all I congratulate you and I would like to know where to find those plastic spacers that you use for fillers, thanks
Hey there ! Thanks for watching ! Here is amazon link amzn.to/3rL9OVA
Hi 👋
Please tell me what clothes you wear to work?
Hey thre they are called snickers
Nice work , but there is a much simpler way of doing this which i have done for years. I use ikea frames for the internals no drilling and screwing they all accept all the ikea rails drawers etc much easier to put together in a house that is occupied. I then buld a small stud wall around clad it in 6mm mdf which the customer usually paints the same as the existing walls. then it looks like the doors have been fit into an existing alcove. As far as the bottom track goes, i fit a peice of 75mmx30mm to floor shim up until flat and level then fit the doors in between.
I know there are many ways of doing this but this how this complany designed their stuff
Thanks for the very detailed video! But I can’t understand why there is so much empty space up to the walls, ceiling and floor?
Good point! They were designed like that i think to have the same gap frame all around the wardrobe
Nice job like everyday 😉 the text on you video are very useful .
I’m trying my best to add more info in the coming videos, thanks so much
Hi there is one thing I can't understand how the line on the wall works when you use the pencil
14:53 what is the name of this template?
Is called sribing block
Have you tried using the drywall gun
What for?
Hello. I understand that you are using a u-scribe jig.
10:21
Please tell me how you determine what width the side wall should be initially? And how do you determine how much you need to saw off from the side wall? You put the wall perpendicular to the floor, but what should be the offset from the wall?
It’s actually harder to explain by commenting I’m afraid you wouldn’t be able to understand it .is very simple once you understand the principle of that 18mm scribe,is like moving filler 18mm forward
Where do you get these blue filler tools from. Its a great way to get the profile of the wall. Im always myself in the way of making it to tight by a .5 mil then to saw a bit extra of creating a lot of dust
My box is 2400 H x 2500 L. I intend to do four sliding doors. I need to know what should be the door hight and length? I dont know what to subtract for the mechanism. Please assist with correct measurements.
Depends on the mechanism the one he is using should be 37mm minus top and bottom
Thanks
What are those blue holder that you used for the side boars when you scribed the board?
You can find em here on my amazon link amzn.to/46jQe1C
So theses plastic jigs are holding your piece in place so you can scribe it there are 3 common sizes 16mm(yellow)18mm(green) and 19mm[blue]
I actually screw the backboard onto the carcass, so my screwheads are into the backboard, but you screw the sides into the back, wich makes you have the screwheads into the sides. I realize that doing it your way is a better and easier way to make sure your carcass is square, since when you cut the backboard square the carcass has no other way then to be square, if the backboard is square offcourse lol. Although your method will only work when you use like 16-18mm backboards. I tend to use 8mm and then it's not really an option doing it your way. Also you never use biscuits to align? :) Anyway, great video sir!
Yeah your method is definitely stronger if someone bangs a box to the back accidentally from inside, but yeah other than that his method is a bit easier.
I was also wondering about biscuits (or dominoes, he does have festool afterall haha), seems to me like a better and a bit stronger way to align the piece, but i would also use screws, my boss does it this way, 2 biscuits 10cm from each end and 3 screws, but considering he has a particle board base where the cabinets sit on top, strenghth doesnt really matter that much in this case, cause the load is evenly distributed, if he was doing cabinets with legs going directly on them, then i would for sure use biscuits.
In balkan countries we use 4mm mdf and stapples 16mm never had issues with something falling apart.ofcourse this way is better and stronger
Do you have details for your supplier home design. Cant seem to find them online. A website link or something wouls be helpful if possible. Thanks.

Great job, Please help, I have a wardrobe that's 2400 hight. How long should be the door for sliding door wardrobe. How much do you subtract for the sliding mechanism?
It depends on mechanism you are going to use as not all are the same

I think was haffel mechanism
@@CAVjoinery thanks for getting back - I’ll have a look
Bet the electrician had fun getting those lights to go back into the ceiling ?.
Some of them they were sorted out
How on earth do you get the plunge cut saw to cut at exactly 90 degrees when all you seem to do is plonk the track on it?
I took me a while to get what you were saying that isn’t plunge is a cross cut that rail has stoppers underneath and one is moving on degrees you you’re going to use
He uses a Festool HKC. The saw is locked to the rail. Loads of reviews on RUclips.
You are the master
