These are my favorite noodles. I love them in Pad See Ew and other dishes. But my local asian grocery stores don't carry them. I tried making them one using rice flour and it was a disaster (too thick). I'd love on video on how to make your own noodles!
I worked in China for 3 months earlier this year. I had a wonderful tofu dish called Chenyedofu. Is there any chance you could make that? I loved it and miss it. I had such fabulous food there.
Is there a way to make the chili oil shelf stable? Feel like the chili oil in this recipe is super important, but I never use it often enough to go through it before I have to toss it. Love your show, BTW.
