This Motor Was SAVED By a Broken Motor Mount! Engine, Carb, and Clutch Rebuild! Yamaha Phazer 2

This sled came in because it was blowing belts and I found a broken motor mount. The motor mount had broken the cases so we had to change the cases and found that the motor was almost blown up and the clutch was broke!

Is it possible the two marks to the right of the timing screw and up from that indented circle. (30:28) are timing marks? They seem pretty crude for that task?
