in the overdrive license agreement there is a section where it says this could harm your device and let viruses come in you pc and stuff so does actually do that?
For Viruses Nope,You PC Will Not Be Infected From viruses By Overclocking But It Will Produce More Heat like 7-10 Degree Celcius Increase In Temperature

Advice for those up to 8gb of RAM - Just uninstall Catalyst Control Center and keep the driver xD trust me, HD 5870 here and COD MW3 flies 100-150fps maxed out! Driver - The one installed by Windows 10 automatically, I think it's 15.11.1 Beta signed as WHQL (very confusing) lol

@@coreymocchi9619 That PC is not for newer games, I advise to keep program, but set everything to PERFORMANCE in it, high performance, reduce quality, increase speed. That is really old and slow CPU and GPU... That Graphics Card uses RAM memory, which is very slow usually, so better get for cheap something like AMD HD 5670 or HD 5770 for some gaming on games from up to 2012. I recently built other PC, kept only GPU but gonna change that too. I have now i7 2600k cpu with 16gb ddr3, ssd... Difference in speed is HUGE. So please keep in mind that your computer is only for basic tasks and 10 years old games.
@@coreymocchi9619 Also, be careful what power supply is in it. I have Corsair CX450m... If you gonna get a cheap one, used, get FSP 350w for like 5$.
@@zeljkorilke701 thank you alot for the info.. im not worried about gaming, i use my xbox for that. but i wanted to stop the cpu usage from rising to 100 everytime i watch a youtube video.. i watched some videos on how to fix it but none seemed to help much. is the reason the cpu usage changes constantly from 40 to 90% bc the cpu is old? it has a 550 w ps. idk the brand . usually spikes in cpu usage when watching in 1080p.. ive already changed refresh rate in settins and on monitor to 30 but still spikes.. any suggestions would be nice. sorry for the long reply lol.. Same Here, i got 6950 from Sapphire using Hynix Chip and after installing the latest Driver from Official Website, the software won't appear, i don't know, maybe they no longer support those Graphics Card, or the software gone forever, (Cause they make a new Software for their New Graphics Card from R series to the lastest RX series called AMD Software Adrenalin), i just wonder if the integrated one got it, why the Graphics Card didn't?, if there's an complete explanation too, that will be a Great Day for Us😞
