The GOOD smell.... not the smells you get on bourbon st on a hot summer day....but that crazy good smell that comes from all the cooking going on all over NOLA that creates that crazy good smell. Hands down the best wing sauce I’ve ever had. Thanks for the videos! Love how you always tell people to use whatever seasonings they want vs trying to push your brand seasonings. That definitely sells me on buying YOUR brand sauces alone but not too mention your sauces and seasonings are awesome!

This is an absolutely amazing recipe. I tried it for the first time because my wife loves chicken wings. Crispy on the outside and fall off the bones on the inside as you said! As soon as I was done my wife said "Wow, that looks like it came from a restaurant!" Her next comment was "Let's eat now!" Thank you very much for the instructions on this one!

Garrett Jones it gives you a very high yet indirect heat. The way the heat rolls around the kettle gives you better skin and a quicker cook. Works great on jalapeño poppers as well!
I just made a big batch of wings last night in the air fryer. Too cold and snowy in Colorado to mess with my smoker on my porch. I just chop up the whole wings, season with Rendezvous Seasoning and air fry till done. I make a sauce with BBQ sauce, Habanero hot sauce,Franks and butter, dunk the done wings, and run them under the broiler to get more crisp. Excellent.

My dads ex wife is from Jamaica and her family made rum cake for the wedding. They used so much rum all it tasted like was rum lol. They also put raisins that they soaked in rum in there too. All while drinking overproof white rum.
I've done over a dozen of Malcom's recipes, to the letter, using his AP rub, The BBQ Rub or whatever seasoning, reduction or braise it calls for. Every one of them came out amazing. Seriously, took my cooking to the next level! I've done his salmon, oxtail, reverse-seared tomahawk ribeye, party wings, turkey legs, beer can chicken, smoked garlic, jalepeno beef bombs, ribs (both Carolina and Memphis style), beef plate ribs, bacon-wrapped venison tenderloin, crown pork roast, pulled pork. Every damn one of them were fantastic! The man makes me look like a hero and a pro. No, I don't work for him. He's not paying me to write any of this. met him or spoken to him.
Malcom, you have really got me cooking again! I started using my smoker after 3 years of it being put up in the shed and I'm grilling way more. My only problem is that I have a neighbor who called the police last week because her sinuses were bothering her from the smell of the wood smoking cops asked me to move it to the front of the house or quit all together so now I'm skiddish again about playing with the smoker. Love your channel and as always I can't wait till the next video!
I always season my wings (Plowboys Yardbird) and let them rest uncovered in the fridge overnight. Chicken around here has so little flavor that that rub has to have time to penetrate the meat. Fantastic video as always!

I'm in the midwest (chicago) shoveling and cursing at the same time. When I got this notification I got happy....cause I know spring is close by. And that's bbq season. I'm definitely trying the new seasoning.

I lived 42 years in that God forsaken frozen hell before moving to Florida, I have no idea what took me so long to just do it. Spring never comes anymore there and summer is over in 2 months and then you're right back into Fall and winter, I did always love fall back in Chicago though. I hope you have a short winter and you can get back to smokin' and grillin' soon!

I made these suckers today they were awesome! I didn’t have a couple of the ingredients on hand. I subbed the rum with cold brew coffee and the garlic with garlic powder. I hope Malcolm makes these Rubs in bigger sizes , that stuff comes out fast ! You only get about 2 sets of wings out of them.
i've done the sauce recipe on both wings, and another dish I made. the sauce is a hit. With or without a grill used. However, I have no idea where to obtain peach smoked wood :/ So I use apple or Cherry as a alternative until I can find the peach. But if anyone does do the sauce recipe here, I have to admit... The ranch is HONESTLY not optional. It's a must, believe me.
