@@Steve-ci8nw Thanks man!! I’m addicted! Got all different rubs and marinades and different cuts of meat. Here in Ohio we don’t have good BBQ so i gotta do it myself 😂
RUclips, there is no one on the entire net that does it better than Malcom. NO ONE!!!!!!!!!! Every recipe is always exact and perfect every time for years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is great timing Malcom. We are in Georgia and have been without power since last Friday and have been cooking all 3 meals on the grill and griddle. We are gonna give this one a try for sure!!! Thank you for sharing.
Dude these grills on his channel are like end game grills. I just started baking and cooking. I bought a basic grill, and watching these videos hoping to make something like this on my grill, makes me sad but also gives me motivation just by looking at this dude's videos. I mean the enthusiasm he has for everything he does. It's just beyond this world. Your videos are great, man! Hoping to buy these OG grills some where in future.
Reminds me of the time I had just got my own place for the first time. Had lived there less than a week, great mood wrapped some chicken in bacon strips and threw them in the oven and went to smoke on the balcony while it cooked up. Locked myself out. Had to call fire dept and everything because I was locked out without a way inside. They eventually got in and saved my building from burning down, the chicken wound up overcooked and dry, but STILL delicious. Hard to mess this up!
Malcolm, ive been following you since the beginning. This is the best chx recipe youve ever thrown out here. Made it tonight for my 4 girls (harsh critics). Not a bite left.
Great tip on the well in the jalapeño. I’ve been making poppers for years, and ate them nightly for at least one year straight. That’s a great tip to hold the cream cheese!
@@johnlebzelter4208 I have been making them for over a year. Much juicer than using breast meat. usually have to cut the peppers in half due to the size of thighs, give it a try!!~ I usually wrap boudin in my breast meat, also very good!!~
Hey Malcom! Love your videos and products! We did the Braised Beef Rib Mac-n-Cheese the other day… y’all are gonna have to bear with me! Could you do a video using the Grilla Mammoth sometime? Perhaps get into the pro’s and con’s of vertical smokers versus the offset style? I’d love to know more about it!
Theres an older video on youtube titled atomic elephant turds i believe. Thats where i first saw this recipe and ive been doing it for years now. For me though, its jalapeño, cream cheese, i lay a fat bead of Sriracha down on the cream cheese, then bbq rub, then wrap in a chicken thigh, then wrap with bacon. Grill til done. Then a thin layer of bbq sauce on them then they go under the broiler until the bbq sauce is bubbley and starting to char a little. I call them elephant bombs.
That was a great looking buffet with a good selection of food... but I don't think any way I'd be able to do lunch and dinner at a buffet on the same day, even in my prime when I could pack the food in.
6:50 Malcom "That don't look like boring chicken to me". Strang enough, I keep getting visuals of those Graboids from the movie Tremors. Now I can't unsee it.
I’ve made this 3 times now and had the same initial reaction. What I did was: 1) glaze the bacon from the beginning & also every 15 mins to give more color 2) put it on direct grill the last 2 mins like you suggested Color & texture is improved

Been watching you for 8 years and finally got me a grill for the first time and haven’t stopped! Even got the Killer Hogs Seasonings 😂
Congrats on your new grill! you are going to love this world!

He's the og cooking and bbq.

Another killer cook!
"Food is supposed to have flavor" These are words to live by when you cook!
Pieces of culinary art ❤
Grapefruit spoons work great as a seed scooper.
That is exactly what I do with boneless thighs, they are always awesome!!!
I imagine thighs can only make this even better.
Sure you do.

I remember watching and smelling your BBQ on Brentwood back in the day
I have yet to have any of your recipes not come out exceptionally good.
I’m trying this bubba !!! Thanks for the idea
A work of art!
Making this Sunday. Thanks, boss.
Can you do another video going on your grills again and the accessories you use with each one?

Malcolm is great.
Yes Sir looks good.

Great Chicken breastg. Greetings from germany!
Super Rezept, werde ich demnächst ausprobieren
Great vid as usual I want that lighter ! Please provide a link
thanks for the tips i will try it
Just made these today, I didn’t have the hot rub so I just made do with what I had, OMG hands down the best chicken breast I’ve ever had.
They look like Armadillos when done!
Yummy 😋🤤
Dang that looks delicious! Definitely marking these.
@MacCan4545 No one cares. Before you MAKE them, maybe you should learn to spell.
No one cares and we all know you won’t MAKE these. Learn to spell!!
Love your kitchen!
What lighter is that?

Love that recipe. Would Pantano peppers work for those that don't like as much heat?
Armadillo Chicken :)
Wow 😮
Beautiful 🖤
That looks good!
Man that looks good!
“Don’t come at me for health advice, come at me if you want it to taste good” - wise words from Malcolm
When you were putting them on the grill, they almost looked like lobster tails lol. but those look so good!
I want to know what lighter that was, looks nice!
Good
Man that looks good.
Try using a grapefruit spoon to hollow out the peños…works like a charm…
Good God
Where did you get that lighter? That thing looks awesome
Royal Oak Flame Saber. I got mine at Tractor Supply.
You've come a long way since your first vid. Always great cooks since day 1.
Would these cook good in the oven as well?
My favorite seasoning is The Bbq Rub by howtobbqright
Man some pepper jack could be nice too

Definitely trying this!
Looks good. An idea brine your chicken it will add flavor
My sensei
So what temp are you cooking it at
👍👍😃🍺🍺
🤤
Damn man it's 10pm on Sunday and I'm waiting to fire up my weber
Is Malcolm really small or are American teaspoons huge...
Croissants!!
Heck yeah! Using charcoal! Not a stupid Traeger. Keep cooking man!
I know the channel is about BBQ, but if I was to do this in an actual oven, would you say set it to 350, then cook it as shown in step 5?
Thanks.
Looks like lobster tails!

Only thing i would of done different would be to put it on direct heat last 2 min just so bacon can get just a bit crispier
I’ve made this 3 times now and had the same initial reaction.
What I did was:
1) glaze the bacon from the beginning & also every 15 mins to give more color
2) put it on direct grill the last 2 mins like you suggested
Color & texture is improved
The chicken looks a lil dry. As to be expected. I learned to brine them in pickle juice. Sounds crazy but it works very well.
wonder how those would taste if you smoked them????
Looks good to me!, but my wife likes bacon cooked longer. Might cook the the bacon just a bit before wrapping the breasts?

GOT DAYUM oooooooooweeeeee 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’d call them armadillo poppers, since they looks like armadillos.
Dragon eggs
What he lite the charcoal with
Nailed it .
Probably could also use big thighs even better flavor
Not your channel!😮
@johnlebzelter4208 i was just saying it might also. I think Malcolm is the best. No need being rude to me
Why don’t you have your bbq sauce at Walmart in California, they have you rub but not the sauce.
this man could barbecue a racoon and make it taste like wagyu
A bot running through the chat saying "beautiful" to everything? 😂
Beautiful
I proscuitto wrapped a saon fillet & the proscuitto kept falling off. 😅
Recipe looks good but i find smoking bacon to leave it too chewy and not crispy enough for me

Breasts don't need to go to 165. You can stop at 155-150
You can keep the salmonella
