This video was very helpful. Not so much in the compare and contrast portion but the uses of each brush. I love makeup and I just bought myself my first brush set. However, there was too many brushes I didn't know the purpose for all of them. Now I do. Thank you.

VERY helpful! thank you for being honest! Alot of videos i see are just people trying to show off their super expensive high quality brushes which in reality you dont need! theres like only 7-10 brushes that you actually need! and in other videos theyre coming out with like a 32 piece set! like wtf man aint no body got time for that! Thank you so much this video rocks

This is so helpful especially for a beginner like myself. Its kinda annoying that most makeup products are sold with the assumption that consumers already know exactly what they're doing but many people, such as myself, are just starting up and dont know what they're doing. Im sure this had helped so many others like me, thank you so much

Thank you for this video. It helped me understand what each brush is for. There are so many out there, it's easy to get confused.
ALL MY BRUSHES LOOK THE SAME TO ME!
If your trying to figure out which is which, look at the shape of the brush, how hard the bristles are, and the size. That should help. Some brushes have a very subtle difference. I had problems at first too

I just got my first makeup brush kit, so this really helped! I've been using the brushes for whatever I want with not-so-good results, so it helps to hear the reasons to use soft and stiff brushes and the sizes and such. Thanks!

Thank you SO MUCH! I'm not a makeup artist, but I would like to use makeup more often. I have a couple of brushes, but never knew if I was using them for the right thing. No one in my family wears makeup like that but me, so they wouldn't be able to help. I'm glad that I found this video. This was supremely helpful, and I'm going to look out for more of your videos :)

Good morning. I'm watching, listening & learning more. Of the foundation brushes, Sedona Lace has a flat stipple brush similar to the Beauty Geek and it's the FB07 which I'm in love with. It came with the Vortex Set.

This is by far and away the best makeup brush tutorial I've seen. I've watched many in the last few weeks too. Your's is honest, helpful, and filled with multi-use tips. i've already saved the website so i can purchase brushes. Wanted to say too, I love, love the Beauty Blender. I have two, and use 1 damp to stipple and 1 dry, to roll out any harsh blush/bronzer lines. the pointed end gets right under eye and around the nose. OMG, I sound like a commercial:)Anyway, THANK YOU!
Oh my gosh. So helpful! Thank you!! I just got (very cheap! Not name brand) a 32 piece set from Amazon & they don't have the names printed on the brush, so this really helped me! (It's 32 pieces because they give you more then one of the same brush, which is so handy just incase one is too dirty!)

Thank you so much! this video helped me to know what many of my eyebrushes where because many did not have labels and It was hard for me to get a perfect eye without using the correct utensils perse. I labeled my brushes and put small notes underneath to know what they are used for so that they will help me bring out that perfect eye in the future! :)
