I ran into the same issue. I just bought another set of spacers from them. I also noticed that they were different lengths in the bag. Between the two sets I was able to have the correct lengths with little to no play.
Wish I would have seen this video before I just purchased there rear radius rods and forward a arms for my rzr. There fit for the rear was too wide. Had to grind down inside of knuckles to get them to fit. Then they sent me the wrong front arms. They did finally make everything right for me.
Low pressure Outlaws 3’s with beadlocks is always a good way to go. my buddy has them in his 500 foreman and they performed pretty well he didn’t really need a gear reduction either
Did you see if it makes the noise when the machine is off the jack? I’m really curious if mine will make the same sound when jacked up because I get no movement when it’s on the ground. Quick comment about SuperATV. How are you going to make a windshield without stainless hardware? My latches are already rusting. Everything the sell just rusts. It’s super frustrating.

You saw that tolerance before you tried to crank it down you could have just shimmed it out or sent it back. I would have been pissed and just sent it back. You can't machine out the ball end a bit and fit the stock one with the boot on this new shit? You can always tell how the company is by how they handle your probs no matter how small.
Those joints will probably only last a couple rides since they aren't sealed and they are probably just low quality considering how everything fit and was built lol
@@MudPuppyOffroad so on a rancher 420 what would you recommend running, asking you because you give honest feedback. currently running 28 aztexs no gr however seem to dig in sand a little much for me, looking to go bigger. all i do is water riding, avoid huge mud holes unless it’s the only way
I call BS on blaming and trash talking L&W. You should've checked for clearance issues as you where putting your rig together, and shimmed it accordingly before you even put it on the trail. L&W produces a quality product. I know cause I own a 2020 talon r with the same radius rods and high clearance lower a arms with 3000+ miles of royal blue ,tackett creek, and more trips than I can count to windrock. I also know other guys in my group that own polaris, can am and kawasaki that run these with zero problems. Maybe try to set your rig up properly before hand so you don't tear shit up. You are right they ain't cheap to work on.
Its all about Easy Money....Some manufacturers give zero fucks about you and their problematic junk products. Alot of aftermarket parts makers have no clue what geometric tolerancing is. I dont buy anything china if I can help it, most of it is junk headed for the landfill.

They are right tho, there is suposed to be play there. They just forgot to finish the sentence with "because we made our product wrong" 😂
