That’s because his dad used to get Dominican food for all dominicans in the opposite team (when playing locally only I guess) and Vladdy seems to be doing the same, players like Nelson Cruz does the same I read. So that should be why he asked, like “did you eat of that food I sent to you?!”.

Can't believe that was Santander's first home run there. Loved his back n forth with Mounty. Also liked Vlad talking to Mounty that was cool to see. Always wonder what these guys talk about when on base. Love baseball.

I don't watch a lot of baseball. My dad got me into it in the 90s when I was like 10, and he was an O's fan since, like the 1950s. And its been pain for 30+ years for me. Now that dad passed away in 2021 I watch a little more, especially the O's but for real, I wish he was a Blue Jay's fan because Vlad is an amazing dude. HE COOKED A HOMEMADE MEAL FOR THE O'S PLAYERS?!!? What a dude.

Glad Vlad was having fun while getting swept at home. I know it was only game 1 of the series, so he didn’t know it yet. After this, they were one 9th inning Aaron Judge swing away from sweeping the Yanks in NY also. Them O’s seem legit, and I think it’s good for baseball and for the East. Our division is nuts. But it was pretty awesome that Vlad shared a home cooked meal from his Grandma with the Orioles after the game. That’s cool.
