I think the gamers of humanity as a collective are once again approaching the "i am back into ACNH after x months/years" phase of life and I must admit I'm happy to be here. I cannot believe how long it's already been since that game came out, even though four years isn't a super long time
it's actually so crazy you say that because my younger sibling and I--who both got the game on launch day but fell out of touching it for the last 2 years--have been playing again several days within the last 2 weeks. It's actually been a lot of fun?? Suddenly, I'm motivated to redecorate my island and create new outfits and looks for the first time in years in ACNH!
I was on discord call with my friend while playing AC and mentioned how slow the character walks and my friend goes “just press B?” And it’s been years later and those three words still haunt me 😭 Edit: thank you to the 300+ of you who also feel my pain. Lmao
God this gives me the vibe of when I borrowed my friend's DS to play Pokemon leaf green and when I gave it back she said "why did you give all the Pokemon you caught names in capital letters?" 💀💀

I literally spent so long terraforming a 3 tiered village area, redecorating all of my villagers houses and curating special yards for them, and it is genuinely one of my proudest accomplishments

WOW this has to be one of the coziest islands Ive seen! I know alot of them that are so decorated they don't look like the game anymore (which isnt bad at all, they look amazing!) But i love how yours integrates the base animal crossings things so well!

i am always in awe of peoples animal crossing islands, i love the game but i do NOT have the patience for island customization, so my island is SO barebones
I really lucked out with my island. I got the exact layout I wanted from the get go. I too have my island set up in districts. The main part of my island is the city and where most residents live, then across my north river is the suburbs leading to the forest/country cliffs, and across my west river is the farm where I have all the vegetables, pumpkin patch, and fruit orchard.

This island is AMAZING! 🤩🤩🤩I like that you can see both of your styles as designers really come through in this island -- the plants, the aggression at the mismatched bricks 😂, the thousands of custom tiles, the string lights lol... Beautiful! Adore the city/country vibes! So much detail in your work, especially love the little separated districts and housing areas with personalized items and the millions of picnic areas 😂 You guys are so good at making things feel lived in, chaotic clutter that makes sense! Also, I made sure to check the comments and sure enough, both other s'mores have been taken sadly lol 🥲
This is a refreshing video! I've restarted my island 3 times now and ended up picking a castle theme for my recent one! Also glad to see Sylvana on yalls island, she came to me randomly when I restarted, and she has been such a cutie! She's now in my main 4 :D

I’m not kidding, I started with the same base map and made almost the exact same layout as you guys - only 800 hours though lol!! The only major difference being I hid my villager’s houses throughout the back corner woods on different levels and had a huge flower garden in the front because I was proud of growing all the flowers in the all the colors!! Maybe I’ll have to revisit my island too - you’ve inspired me!
