    • @Mav646
      @Mav646 2 месяца назад

      @@ReviveStronger what’s annoying is this new watch cost me like 1000$ and my Fitbit was 200$ and way more accurate. Because I track my calories through the carbon app and I eat the same food everyday, the same calories everyday, which is 3600 calories a day and my Fitbit would estimate my calorie burn very close to that and that was maintenance calories and I weigh myself everyday and I was maintaining. My new expensive watch says I barely burn 2800 on a good day yet I’m eating 3600 calories a day. So I believe the steps are way off as well as the calorie counter. Not saying they are gonna be perfect but you should at least be in the ballpark for that kind of money 💰 🤷‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

    This was really good man, one of my favourite episodes of your podcast, ever! Heard of Matt Ogus but never really checked his stuff out or listened to him talk. I love someone with a personality like this, talking openly about sex etc. without being inappropriate, because for alot of people it is super relevant, and alot of fitness influencers are kind of ”stiff” when it comes to sharing info like that in an honest and serious way. Someone who talks about personal betrayals. And also just a person who loves training, and that’s it. More people like this and less of the same self-deprecating humour that most are now copying - and I think youtube fitness and podcasts would be an even better and more genuine space. An extremely good episode and if he comes back for round two, I’m already looking forward to it. Cheers
