This is why certain gyms will really affect your goals, to the newbies, he’s just a random strong dude, but if it was a powerlifting gym everyone would be so hyped, thats why i ultimately switched gyms, I had no competition, and seeing others pull more made me more motivated
If I was there, no doubt I would ask him for a pic and be watching in awe as he trained. Maybe even an autograph
Nah seeing people do crazy lifts makes me more motivated to go.
@@weyhanng7028 he’s like world record holder rn with dots, bro is so strong
bro not all lifting weights are focused in weightlifting, actually if you only focus in weightlifting it would limit you to do other sports or things. There is people lifting weights for other purposes or as complementary part for other kind of trainings. Of course for a lot of people lifting more numbers in the plates is meaningless. For some people is more amazing if you can run 5 km fast or 10 km in a good pace or climb a mountain or jump and make a basketball dunk what much weightlifters could not do etc. So that makes sense bro that people is not hyping up people lifting a lot of weight in a commercial gym because they are targeting a lot of different sports and are made for very different athletes and not just people focusing in lifting more weight (that in a elite level is not healthy neither and for daily life purposes is has more disadvantages than advantages). I lift weights and I like to break prs but I also know that there a ton of different sports that lift more numbers is no sense.
@@aldomauricioable fair point, however why go to a gym to run in a machine lol, just run outside, its much better, and much more beneficial. Like its counter intuitive, and also thats why most people quit the gym, no motivation.
The speed of this heavy pull is just comedic 😂
Fr, Jamal makes it look like he's pulling 40% of his max
this might be his first working set as he is going up with weight, unbelievable dudee is a monster god forbid any injury
Tbf this isn’t even %80 of his max
cuz he’s black? 💀
@@abdulrahmankamal6175 Dude, he'd still pull it this fast even if it was his last working set
there's something so badass about a flexing bar overflowing with plates
I actually want to see more powerlifters just casually stroll into a commercial gym and just deadlift heavy weight like its paper lol
Согласен! Правда гриф наверное не выдержит, а если даже выдержит то на штангу много не влезет😂
He really just maxed out the barbell lol. No room on the bar for more plates ahhahah
wow really? Didn't even notice lol
Average gym guy: How many plates you gonna use
Jamal: Everything
He should go to the planet fitness.
If I didn't know who Jamal was and I saw that pull, I would think I saw a glitch in the Matrix
Love the channel and your content.
My kind of guy doing deads 👏👌
Strong dude
Good Set
broo just start doing 1 legged deadlifts and you can begin progression again!
the odds are like winning the lottery
Dude just wanted to show his face in the video😂
Oi bruv love your vids
@@saxon8981 stop
Or there just just like . Ayyy bro where are all the plates oh that guy has all of them
💪😊🤝👍❤️
no belt??
He didn't take even the slack of the bar... hmmmm.
holding that much weight without straps or a reverse grip....like what the actual FFFFFFFFFFF
Look closer and you'll see he used a hook grip.
Commercial gym goers are intimidated by stuff like this thats why they try not to pay attention
Hi
Hi
@@LiftersClub I had a good day. Did you?
Yes I had a good day too
To the newbies, he’s just a random strong guy, but if it was a powerlifting gym, everyone would be so hyped.
I dont lift 50kg that easy
He struggling from success
🤣🤡
When you start a new game with max stats
Sumo, doesn't count
That's not a deadlift. That's pulling sumo🤡
he can pull a thousand pounds conventional and strapless
@@burntl1quid215 that's a different story
Enough with this sumo deadlifts. If you say u re strong do conventional deadlifts. U can't do sumo in a proper competition so that doesn't make u super strong yh.
He can do that weight conventional. Most likely he did it sumo for safety because he knew it was likely the weights would fall off.
No one cared because its sumo
Hahahahahahaha
STEROID ITS WORK😅😂
kinda cringe, the man knows he should be in a power lifting gym but instead takes all the plates for a no max lift
sumo
@BasedLifterKid sumo is not cheating
No one was looking at him what are you on about lol
Hahahah exactly!! Zero people card that day!
