We've always known Tae would come out with an album full of calming and jazzy songs but this is so much more than I expected! I love how he got to explore the sounds that he loves and got to showcase his vocals so beautifully. I really hope the rest of the world can see what a talented vocalist he is with this project
‘For us’ has to be my favourite song, it’s just gorgeous, the piano at the end gives me chills

the thing about this album is that it's cohesive and everything is different at the same time so everyone has a different favourite song haha but we all agree that slow dancing was a spiritual experience
V’s Layover album is the best album after a long day, the whole album/songs are so comforting and relaxing… it takes out all the stress and put you in a good mood

Slow Dancing IS the best of the Best. This song reminds me of jazz I grew up with in the 60s and 70s, along with playing the flute in school. Taehyung makes it new and fresh. He could be carving his own genre before long. Thanks for a very relatable reaction.
I love the album, it's my genre which is why V is my go-to. I love all the songs because they each have a mood for a particular thing. But 'For Us' is my fave, but in saying that, I play the entire album on repeat. 💜

But one thing is for sure, Taehyung has dropped the most thoughtful mvs out of all albums. It has so much depth & begs you to think & get hooked in it.
Your Ot7 heart can dislike the information, but it's a fact & TRUTH.
Tae's whole album is sooo easy to listen to, so very smooth, and I certainly agree that the MVs are very thoughtprovoking, for sure. But overall for me it's RM's Wildflower and Suga's Amygdala. (I can personally relate to those songs more.)
I agree with you. The difference is how much emotion he infused into his voice song and performances. He’s really putting thought into it on a level that’s beyond the obvious.

I started following Cassius Clay when V started listening to him in his driving VLOG
18:45 "It's so beautiful that I'm crying" YES I had the same exact reaction listening to For Us, I didn't even have the lyrics but the sound just MOVED ME and I teared up. I truly don't which song is my favorite, I love them all and I love listening to the album from start to finish over and over again. I'm so grateful for what Tae gave us. 💜

Slow dancing (piano ver.) is my favorite 💜
Like you, I loved the entire album but I think For us is my number one with Slow dancing coming in second…For us just makes me feel a certain type of way that’s indescribable whereas Slow dancing makes me feel like I’m floating on a cloud in a paradise setting. Actually for all of the songs I can envision some things to describe how it makes me feel except For us, that one just..whew. Also, For us will have a MV coming out I think on or before the 18th and I’m anxiously awaiting its arrival!
This album is soooo good I can’t even explain what it does to me listening to it. Tae’s voice is just perfection (even he’s speaking voice sounds like music)

And I'm not being biased when I say this, I think any person who has taste in music will agree with me. This is the album that I had the highest expectations for but I was still blown away! I didn't know I needed this that much... It's everything. The breath of fresh air you need after a tiring day, the ray of sunshine you long for on a gloomy day ♡♡ And indeed, For Us video will drop soon. Taehyung really wanted a mv for each of his songs. Which artist does that?? He's always infinitely generous with his fans 💜 I'm already looking forward to his next solo project. His potential is so big he could literally do anything he wants 🤗

Like you, this album is right up my alley. I have always resonated with Tae perhaps because he seems like an old soul and I am just well...old,lol. His taste is impeccable and his voice is just unique and velvety. I will never tire of listening to this album.

Yes, there is a video for the song "For US" but it hasn't been released yet. The only one without a video is the 6th track "Slow Dancing" piano version.
I hope, Tae does a live version of "piano version". It is so beautiful.

I loved the flute version of Slow Dancing but I LOVE the piano version. But don’t get me wrong, the flute version is AMAZING. Slow Dancing is Tae’s favourite. The fandom seems split between Slow Dancing and For Us 😅 I love For Us but I can’t walk past the groove of Slow Dancing. But that’s not to deride the rest of the album, which is another no-skip masterpiece for me 🥰🥰🥰🥰
You didn’t do the piano version of Slow Dancing 😭🤣 I can’t see it as an extra 🥲 Its an integral part of the listening experience. The piano at the end of For Us transitions SEAMLESSLY into the beginning of the piano version of Slow Dancing and is just

I'm highly impressed with this album.. I love the group but I wasn't 100% sure how I would react to this album. It's my fav of their solo projects. The Tiny desk sealed the deal. Absolutely amazing ❤
