Great video, Thanks! Maybe you can do another on the kick and snare samples he uses on most of the famous albums he mixed. I would sure love to get my hands on those. Can't find them anywhere and don't know how to create them myself.

One addition I’d like to make here is that he uses what he calls ambience samples that he said are a drum machine with gated reverb (sounds like 909 samples with some room reverb) that he gates with a side chain from the other drum sources. He’ll eq and send that to the reverb like you said but he’ll do it post fader and actually have the ambience sample add some thump on the kick and crack on the snare! EDIT: he’ll not hell
