i had a cheat day where i consumed two 3L shakes each with 1025g of carbs and about 235g of protein and 7100 calories each that was two long multi hour meals, and then when it got very late in the day a large pizza with 250ml of spanish olive oil which was an extra 2060 calories and i put that on the pizza which which was about 2500 calories. figured since i wasnt a big eater this was the way to go.
