I feel full (and slightly sick) just hearing about all that dirty food in one day lol! I remember I used to make a protein shake from milk powder and nesquick milkshake powder which would be 60 grams carbs and 40 grams protein and alot of sugar. I would set it up ready at my bed side, set my alarm for 4am in the morning mid sleep, drink the shake down then go straight back to sleep after. It's a dirty way of bulking but effective I found

I remember reading this story in an old elite article a few years back. Whenever I get asked about weight gain (because anyone who's 200+ with a little bit of muscle will absolutely get asked that question, eventually) I always refer them to that article. I tell them it may sound like satire but, the principles are absolutely correct. Eating big equals getting big, pure and simple.

@@Xplora213 So what do you understand by the secret diet to gain weight? Are you really that dumb? First of all that is not a secret, like we don't know that eating junk food lika a pig makes people gain fat weight? My point is why a professional Bodybuilder would waste his time making a video like this and waste his time interviewing that pig? What is the message he is giving dumb people? To eat junk food ,gain fat weight and look like a pig? That is unhealthy and stupid.. so what is your point smart ass?

Are you that stupid to not know that eating lots of junk food will make you fat and gain weight? So where is the fucking secret? Lol.. 😂😂😂🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️By the way eating junk food to look like a pig doesn't make you stronger is pure fucking lard, there is no reason to eat like that no rational person would do that to their body. Also why would a professional Bodybuilder would make a stupid video like this? That has absolutely nothing to do with Bodybuilding.

I gained weight by eating 3 or 4 meals but then adding a blender smoothie that had whole milk, low salt peanut butter, and protein powder as main ingredients (you can also add fruit, chocolate syrup, greek yogurt, etc). I drank one at night everyday. You add as much peanut butter as you can and still get it down.

Stuck there for now but I’m loosing fat still while I’m gaining muscle. Goal is 210-220 over the next 4 years. I’ll be 43. Doing very well, pretty clean. Keeping body fat around 10 percent if I can. Exercising most of my life but not like this. 6’1”, but I’m supposed to be 6’ 4”. Scoliosis. Feel way better nowadays.

Great clip. Can I ask a rookie question?
If my goal is to get 2900 calories a day (that is to gain muscle with my current weight of 150lb) c302/f121/p151
and during my workouts I burn around 500 calories I end up adding back those 500
calories in food to end the day with net 2900 on the training day.
Curently I am increasing all of the 3 macros to get those 500 calories back so on a training day it looks like: c354/f143/p178.
My question is would you increase all 3 of the macros or not? Would any of the macros take priority in your opinion?
    Thank you.

I think your fat and protein levels are solid for your bodyweight. I would increase carbs personally.

Don't worry about how many kcal you're losing due to exercise. Eat more and watch the scale. If you're gaining too fast on 2900, cut back. If you're not gaining any weight, up the kcal. Your activity level is going to vary and it is extremely difficult to estimate how many kcal you're expending due to exercise. Keep the variables you can control (calories) and ignore the ones that are going to vary

When doing a hard cycle most of us hit a plateau when it comes to weight gain.
I added 8 whoppers a day on top of my daily calories and could not add a pound on my body. Not a pound of fat or muscle lol.

So weird, when I was 18-22 years old I used to eat maybe 1 meal a day, sometimes 2 and I would maintain my weight or gain weight.
I've been training for just over 14 months now and I eat anywhere from 3500-3700 of clean calories a day and I'm somehow losing weight.
I'm actually going to try add another 1000 calories of dirty foods and see how I go, even though it already feels like my stomach is going to explode every day

I did a very similar thing (just for one meet) going from 165 to 220 in two months. Needless to say my health sucked, my breathing sucked and.... I fucking loved it!

The mountain dog training videos are great. That being said, I thought Rich Piana was the king of bad advice, but this video takes the cake.

@@mountaindog1 Personally wouldn't use a bit of that information myself, but I couldn't stop watching it. And, at times, the look on your face was priceless. But, thank you for your training videos. Incorporated a bunch of your advice in my workout yesterday, and today I'm sore as hell.
