Everything live by tool is amazing. Their shows are such a fucking experience that any music fan should love it. Their visual presentation of every song is just next level.
This is such an underrated album. Live recordings of Third Eye, Pushit, You lied and No Quarter. - Why they don't do a similar release for Stinkfist, Schism, Jerk off, Opiate, and Lateralus (and any other songs they expanded on live) I do not know... They know it would sell, surely...
Because Tool isn’t a band that does cash grabs... the only reason they made and released Salival in the first place was to get out of their shit record deal that had them in the court room in a lawsuit with the record label for like 5 years between Ænima and Lateralus... Salival was part of their solution to get out of their record contract. They didn’t want to release their new masterpiece on the same record label that they fucking hated and were giving them so much grief
Also, No Quarter isn’t a live song. It’s a studio version... the rest of the songs on Salival are live (except for the filler, Message to Harry Manback 2, and L.A.M.C. And Maynard’s Dick, obviously)... but No Quarter is definitely a studio recording.

It's also a concept band so no 2 tracks will ever sound the same. The Remedy, Autumn, and Conditions of My Parole are great. But there's so much good to choose from. You won't find a bad track.

Sorry I wasn't here when THIS premiered, It's a day I always have to work. I will always tune in (when I can) to TOOL TUESDAYS. Love your TOOL reactions!!!
Pushit live next. Talk about minds being blown. Also, tool originally recorded this song to be on a led Zeppelin tribute album.the producers of the album said that the song was too long as is and tool would have to cut it down, but they wouldn't do it. Tool is like a journey, and with many tool Tuesday's left, you have many opportunities to feel the feeling of that drug the first time. All of their music is incredible! Also, they do make music videos, and they are like a trip in themselves. Adam Jones worked in Hollywood as a special effects artist before joining tool, and worked on projects such as Jurassic Park, Edward scissorhands, and Terminator 2.
Love your reactions to Tool, by far the best. And I'll second the comment below.... Wings for Marie pt 1&2 with lyrics. That song along with many others changed my life, such emotions and the meaning behind it
It's a testament to the skill of an artist that it crosses genre and you can't help but at the very least respect the skill and craftsmanship that goes into it.
My guy spoke the truth! First sentence of the video! Imagine? The ability to project thoughts during a music video. I know people would still want their privacy and that's why I think music is the key. You can learn a lot about someone through common interest and I don't know too many people on this planet that just straight up don't like music. (Excluding medical conditions.) Especially since I have such hopeful thoughts in my head but can never fully find the words or the time to show others. We would get an idea of how each of us think and might feel a little less paranoid. Move past day to day issues. For now, daydreaming will substitute but man... I wish.
Just to add, it might even be possible to use music as medicine for those with mental issues if we had those kinds of capabilities. Say someone with anxiety/depression is struggling. Ask them to play a song for you and watch what they think. See why they are hurting. Make all the right moves to help and heal. Or say some has violent tendencies. Same difference. Not saying it's the cure to life but it's a start towards something different. Sorry for rambling.
Pushit (studio) and then Pushit (live)... Everyone wants it, time to deliver.
Abso-fuckin-lutely 🤘

Please don't let the title throw you off. Its not what you think its about. This song goes hard. If you like songs like Aenema and Ticks & Leeches, this song is a must. A great diss track.
Justin Bieber is a H.W.A.P. !!😎🤓😜
TOOL is a band that needs to be absorbed. Closing your eyes help. So happy to see you digging this!!!
Sorry I wasn't here when THIS premiered, It's a day I always have to work. I will always tune in (when I can) to TOOL TUESDAYS. Love your TOOL reactions!!!
Have a nice trip 😊
Even tho led Zeppelin wrote this song tool made it entirely there own fact: there is no bad song from tool 💯
This album is unmatched...in my humble opinion. Locked in a place where no one goes
You should check out their cover of "Demon Cleaner" by Kyuss.
You two are the best. Congratulations and Welcome to the experience.
Another awesome Tool reaction!! Time for wings 1&2!! MUST HAVE LYRICS FOR WINGS!!
Dudes yall gotta do the live version of third eye by tool next...amazingly deep and immersive track
