The GOAT, he pushed his teammates to accomplish the ultimate dream of every player in NBA and he complimented his teammates after the win. The greatest!
He’s Back With A Vengeance! This was the most exciting time in NBA history and I’m proud to have watching it in real time. This 71 yr old grandmother sure misses #Mike #TheGOAT✨
I think it has to do with what happened to him, his kid passing, wife divorcing him, and other things , probably he saw an opportunity to be able to make some money, sad though cause that friendship was very important, maybe Mike forgive him, sad though
I never heard Kobe speak about winning for his teammates. He was too busy chasing MJ's six. In other words, he was winning for himself. Same goes for LeBron James. If you want to know the difference between MJ and those two, it's that MJ thought in terms of team despite bis prodigious individual talent. Kobe and LeBron played for self. They went about it in different ways but at the core they were chasing an individual accomplishment (to be recognized as GOAT)
@@skyline_international I completely agree with this take. I think that the biggest difference between MJ and Kobe is that, while MJ was obsessed with winning, Kobe was obsessed with MJ. And while this resulted in plenty of winning for Kobe, it was not enough to catch MJ. MJ set the bar so damn high that it becomes a distraction to the best players in the league, where they know that they will be measured against MJ's insane body of work and everlasting legacy.
A lot of people don't realize that when MJ was dropping 30 points a game, teams were only scoring in the 90s because defense was played in the 80s and 90s.
What a time to be a teenager in the 90s we had great Chicago bulls basketball I mean basketball in general at that time was second to none in my opinion we had the greatest players throughout the league. From shaq penny the young players such as Kobe and Iverson. I was actually living in Seattle Washington at the time the bulls and sonics where playing and actually got to go to Chicago to visit family and watch the bulls win the title. Good times.
@imfinishedgrinding638 Payton can't guard Mike period never could so that don't hold up mj always torched him except the 2 games I believe mj didn't want to win 🤷
I have always believed that I remembered saying back then either he wanted to win on Father's day for his dad or as it got closer to winning it it got harder for him because it would become the first championship without his dad . And after watching him crying with the ball on the floor it cement it for me I think it just became emotionally harder with each game as it got closer to winning a championship without his dad. If you recall that was the original reason why he went with 45 instead of 23 because his dad was no longer alive to watch him play
I'd love to put Scottie in front of this video and ask him if those MJ's words were all lies as lately is saying that in front of the camera was all fake, but to me if that's true MJ was very smart as he said he came back thanks to Scottie on live tv so nobody can say anything against him!!!

Precious words, MJ is really special
I agree, the greatest ever!!

Word
11:10 I can’t make sense of why Scottie would ever hate on Mike … Mike ALWAYS gave him his flowers
I think it has to do with what happened to him, his kid passing, wife divorcing him, and other things , probably he saw an opportunity to be able to make some money, sad though cause that friendship was very important, maybe Mike forgive him, sad though
Scottie pipin hating talking to the media too
@@solitaireeverett6273and the funny thing is that now he’s apart of the media.

Nah you gotta listen to the post game press conference again in game 7 against Celtics
James is literally #4 all time in assists

Jordan rules
Amazing unseen footage from back in the day....brings back such great memories.......MJ truely The Greatest Ever!!
Going back, rewatching this after watching it live those many years ago...man I hate so bad how Pip and MJ aren't close friends today.

I appreciate this bruh.

At the time an still to this day i believe mj dropped them 2 games just to hoist that trophy on father's day!
Maybe
I doubt that. Sonic's coach just didn't assign Payton to guard Jordan earlier in the series. Still a funny coincidence to consider though.

Lebron my ass. MJ was gone for 18 months and came back to take the crown….on Father’s Day w a dead father?
The GOAT. Truly the best ever.
Mj's responses are so smart and serious. We can see he's also a clever person. Also that's the reason he's also a good player.
He has an IQ of 154
10:10 "One last question!" "I'm alright!" 😍
Notice the " we" Jordan uses as he speaks about accomplishment together
Thanks for posting this video brother!!
Will reupload soon, because of RUclips’s asinine policies, along with a bunch others

The Great One
Look at pipp smile, knowing that he’s there because Jordan came back… 4 rings riding Jordan’s cape… what else did he want!?!? Sheesh
Pippen as well with the "we" usage
The best dynasty til this very day very lucky to be a 90’s born thank you Chicago bulls! Btw what’s the name of that track you sir? God bless
No wonder Michael doesn't miss the media. Some annoying reporters with stupid-ass questions from time to time.
My Sonics sure did have terrible timing
I loved that team
08:03 Little did he know...
Shawn Kemp and Jordan would have been unbeatable.
How about MJ and Ewing?
The management was trying to trade Scottie pipin for Shawn Kemp
What's the song at the beginning? Something about trees?
This new nba scoring 400 points a game is watered down video games, no structure
They lost 10 games the whole year
Is this the 72/10 season?
Yes
Yes , sir the best team ever! I mean ever, ever!!
