  • Hey everyone! Today, we're diving into a quick and easy recipe that'll keep you energized all day long - homemade energy granola bars! Let's get started
    First, roast 1 cups of rolled oats in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame until aromatic, then set aside. In the same pan, ½ cup pumpkin seeds, and ½ cup apricot seeds until crunchy, and add to the oats. Mix in ½ cup raisins. In a mixer, blend 1 cups of Medjool dates with 4 tbsp water into a smooth paste, then cook with ½ cup peanut butter until the mixture is glossy and separates from the pan. Combine this mixture with the roasted nuts and fruits, and add ¼ cup honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly by hand.
    Transfer the mixture to a baking paper-lined tray, pressing it into a smooth layer. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Finally, cut into desired shapes and enjoy these healthy granola snack bars as a morning breakfast or snack. Perfect for a quick, nutritious boost!
