  • For our final adventure in Arkansas we’re exploring the capital city of Little Rock! We spent 24 hours trying to do and see as much as we could including hiking up Pinnacle Mountain, exploring downtown, grabbing coffee, visiting Little Rock Central High, seeing the capital, eating fried catfish, and some amazing ice cream (of course)!
We HIGHLY recommend watching “Eyes on the Prize” and the episode they have on the Little Rock Nine: www.amazon.com... (Episode 2)

Safety is our #1 priority and we want to stress that this adventure, and all future adventures, will be done responsibly and with the health of others in mind. Here are the steps we are taking everyday, including in these videos:
😷Masks and face coverings. We wear these anytime we are near others outside and especially indoors. If we don’t have a mask on in a video, it’s 99% because there was no one around.
⏰ Exploring early. We normally start at sunrise anyway because of less crowds, but especially so with COVID. We have been starting our days before sunlight so we can limit our interactions.
🧼 Washing and sanitizing our hands, especially after touching anything outside of the van.
🚐 Being in the van 95% of the time when we’re not filming. The adventures we share are a small sliver of our lives. We are staying in the van all day everyday when working and the only time we leave is to do laundry, get gas, or go to the store.
6️⃣ Keeping our distance. We are trying to stay at least 6 ft from others, which truthfully isn’t always possible (and then we make sure we cover our face).

Born and raised in Louisiana and after living in CA for 10 years, I moved to Arkansas. Being underrated is an understatement. The talent here is second to none. Artists, photographers, singers, songwriters, writers, and craftsmen fill these hills. One of my favorite places in Arkansas is Heber Springs. So much to do there. Then head north to my second favorite spot, Leslie.
I now realize that my grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, and others see in this beautiful place.
