Sarah, you amaze me, you are the animal whisperer, gardener, homemaker and wife. Well done you. ❤ And that man of yours is extremely resourceful and talented. Thank you for sharing a glimpse of living off grid in rural Portugal. Much love and respect from this Texas grandma……..
Thank you so much! You are too kind Denice, you have put such a smile on my face and I am happy you are sharing this journey with us❤️
Dried figs with Porto wine 🍷 😋

Hi, Sarah and Luke. Your gardens look amazing… especially, the figs❤️ You will have a bountiful harvest. Luke, planting the jasmine close to your caravan is a brilliant idea❤️
Sarah, I love to watch you feed the pigs… you are so gentle and kind with them.
Glad you enjoyed it Carol❤️❤️
It's such very hard work BUT what a beautifully authentic life! ❤️
Yes after all these years sometimes i still have to pinch myself that this is our home🤣❤️

Beautiful pickings from your garden enjoy
That beautiful sharing thank you
From the looks of everything that you have shown in the video! You are doing truly amazing with what you have 💓
Oh wow thanks for this compliment Stanley
I just love how Timmy and Molly play together. Your garden looks beautiful. The piglets are so sweet.
They are all such great entertainment and good company 😁
My My, you guys certainly have full days. It is really nice seeing the cooperation between you when it comes to harvesting. Love the Piggys.
i love when you scratch the pigs bellies and then lay down. it's so cute.
Thank you for a nice video, again.😍
Glad you enjoyed it x
What a lovely video , harvesting fruit and veg, tummy rubs and cuddles from piggies , dog and cat playing and not forgetting the treats for the chickens! You both work so hard to maintain your property, you are certainly a lovely couple who work together so well . I love the weekly updates ❤x

Another great episode. Thank you. I find your gardening so inspirational.
So nice to hear Barbara, thank you x x
Timmy and Molly are always so cute and funny to watch!! --- Your garden is great and it's exciting to watch the vegetables and fruits grow and prosper. I'm happy that you never forget to share your harvest with all your animals! Thank you Sarah and Luke!
Thanks so much Sylvia ❤️❤️❤️ Timmy has been hunting a lot so it is always special when i manage to get him on camera❤️
You have a vegetable garden plus animals too. That's a lot of work!
Yes they do keep me busy as does our channel 🤣❤️
@lukeandsarahsoffgridlife And of course, you are great cat-parents to Timmy! ❤
I so enjoyed this episode. I love how you source mulch from the land. In years to come your soil will just keep improving and become ever richer. Everything looks so lovely.
If anyone could truly tame and train even half wild piggies it's Sarah 😄. Such a heart you have ❤.
Have a very nice week guys!!
🥰🌿♥️
I am so happy to hear this Meg ❤️😁😁 I was strict when it came to them biting me and they seemed to have stopped that behaviour so fingers crossed they remain manageable
You both continue to amaze with your energy, perseverance and love for your land, your animals and each other! Cheers!😍🇨🇦
geez guys, how rich you are for having so much fruit and veggies, love it, its hard work but so rewarding. those piggies are so sweat, they have a wonderful life with yammy food and massages.
Yes we are so very lucky ❤️❤️
Thans ❤
Hi, Sarah and Luke 👋🏼😊
I'm glad you got to visit with Meraid and Dan. That was special. They were so thankful for the comfrey you shared with them as it's better than theirs, Meraid said.
Last week i wanted to discourage you from hsving garden envy. First, i think they get quite a bit more rain than your area typically does. Also, i think they've been gardening a lot longer, even if it was on allotments before in the UK or whereever they lived. Also, Dan is vegan!
You absolutely have a great garden given how arid your area is. With limited water, too, it is lush and very productive!
Great video as always 😉💖🌟
Thanks so much Ruth I can always count on you to put a smile on my face❤️
Love watching your videos 🇨🇦
Yay! Thank you!
That sunset shot of you with the puddle reflecting the sunset colors was just perfection❤❤❤❤ the new piglets look so happy. Garden looks amazing … well done both xxxx
Thanks Noeleen ❤️❤️ Those little piglets are growing fast 😁
I love prunes but be careful not eat much! You know what happens lol.
🤣
I always find it amazing how to pigs just fall over when they get a belly rub.... so cute 😍 and again....I'm jealous of your garden Sarah but in a good way 😉
❤️I love watching them drop too ,it is like as soon as they feel my hand touch their belly they have no control of their legs 🤣 They all say thanks for the very many apples you sent them they will be eating from them for a few weeks ❤️❤️ you re the best
@@lukeandsarahsoffgridlife your welcome 😉 yeah maybe it's like you said.... The belly is the off button for their legs 😂😂😂😍

At 19:40, stunning photography.
🌟👏👍🍀💐
Beautiful garden! So neat and smartly tended! Lucky chicks to get raspberries!
So nice of you Thanks Iris❤️❤️
Beautiful harvest!!!
❤️❤️❤️
farm is looking good
Thanks x
Good afternoon!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹
Good afternoon Bo 😁
Sarah Luke its nice to see you can still learn too. Is Dirk coming this Summer. You given up on the tractor?
Hi Heidi😁No Dirk is way too busy this summer and also no we have not given up on the digger , the part we need to help solve this current problem has come from china now when Nick has a free day because this time of the year is especially busy for all of us he will help Luke fix it 😁
Luego si recoges las flores del jazmín, las secas y añades al té obtendrás un delicioso y aromático té de jazmín

Me parto con los adorables chanchitos 💛🐽🐖🐷
Beautiful 🙏🏼❤️😘
Thank you!!❤️
Ah, lovely produce. I’d love a video on how to make the shade structures.
Noted! If we ever make another one again we will include it in our videos 😁
Everything is looking so nice and flourishing. Did you plant your plum seeds in your food forest? Hope so. They do spread pretty fast too.
I planted a few seeds in pots but noting has sprouted as yet 😁
loved seeing the bigger view of the farm. curious as to how the buildings are laid out in relation to the sun and was this a consideration when you first moved onto the farm?
Not really.. we put our first caravan in this spot and then built our garden around it....
Here in the States, we call it Confederate Jasmine. I planted one this year and am excited for it to bloom! It is climbing one of my arbors just fine on its own.
Awesome i wish you all the luck with your Jasmine too❤️
Looking good! Well done
Thank you! Cheers!
I seem to remember that you were worried that the piglets would be too wild. It seems to be alright. I hope so.
Yes Biddie with wild boar babies i am taking everyday as it comes as their future is still uncertain, Maggies baby who i still call baby pie is the cutest and i haven't seen signs of her getting aggressive or any of the others for that matter so fingers crossed they have a kunekune disposition😁
Such a lovely farm you all have yes it’s a lot of work but look at what you’ve been blessed with.❤❤❤❤
Yes we are❤️
WOW! Ya know, you kinda know what your garden looks like with Y'all in it all the time. But, WOW, the drone shots are , WOW! I LOVED IT! WOW! That and My TIMMY!!❤❤❤ I do love how Maggie's baby just falls over for the belly love you give (it), I can't remember if it's a boy or girl? Name? I feel bad about that! And you guys have flat pane.s too, that's wonderful. I bet you have more room in your house with the freezer outside. My parents used to keep there's in the garage! I could yap all day....😂😂😂😂 And spoon feeding the pigs, you have spoiled them! LOL😂😂 Y'ALL HAVE A BLESSED WEEK! XX ✝️🙏🙏❤❤🇺🇸🇵🇹👣☘🌻🍍🍍🤗😎
Oh yes there is absolutely no space in our tiny home for that freezer. It will eventually be moved to the outdoor kitchen some time next year😉 Wish you a great week too Melinda x x
Just a hint with your jasmine shrubs, they do attract wasps, and if your really lucky you will be surrounded by bees. I live in Queensland Australia I had jasmine growing on my north wall of my house and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately I found wasp nests quite a lot. I did however heard a sound which I thought was a lot of bees only to be surprised by an enormous bee. My allergy to jasmine which I was unaware off meant I had to destroy what took me a year to grow. It’s beautiful and the fragrance is amazing. Keep safe and well. I thought you might need to know.
Thank you for this Edith we will hopefully attract the bees and not too many wasps 😁❤️
💚💚💚
Great work guys .. the fruits of your hard work is starting to show ..I’m very impressed with Sarah’s knowledge of what’s good for healthy plants and what’s not good … and how to grow lush and plentiful crops .. plenty food for thought for us ever loving peeps 🫶🏻
I am always looking things up , but I am glad you think i know things Chris🤣🤣
@@lukeandsarahsoffgridlife your also very modest I see …🫶🏻
❤❤
Beautiful garden which is like always rewarding but like you said Sarah very hard work. Are you guys a pickle fan? If so couple of things I found that would enhance the flavour. Cherry leaf , horse radish leaf , dill of course. This combo makes it so lovely. Anyway thought to mention:)
Yes we love it so thanks so much for the tips x x
Aahh Sarah, you've got to name our precious girl,
💗MAGGIE💗 baby girl,
💛MAGDALENA💛 I love these little Piggies 🐷 😍 and ofcourse very special soul child,
💜MOLLY💜 just absolutely melts my heart ❤🤗 WOW!! your garden is producing abundant fruits and vegetables, it's awesome. I've got 3 tiny little tomatoes 🍅 on one of my bushes, but we're expecting hurricane winds from the early hours tomorrow morning 07/07/24, so as you said, as gardeners, we just don't know. I'm praying 🙏🏻 my potatoes 🥔 and tomatoes 🍅 survive this winter weather in Cape Town 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 Think of us while you're in the sunshine 😊😊
I hope the storm passes you by without much damage Louise ❤️❤️❤️ I have not named any of the babies as yet except maggies little one, kept the name of Baby Pie as I used to all Maggie Pie babies the baby pies , but with these wild boar babies i am taking everyday as it comes as their future is still uncertain, i haven't seen signs of any of them getting aggressive so fingers crossed they have a kune kune disposition
@@lukeandsarahsoffgridlife I've seen one tomato 🍅 plant has come off its stake and is on the ground. We've had winds of more than 70kmph and lots of rain. Thankfully no flooding 🙏🏻 I'm hoping it'll let up for a while tomorrow as predicted, so I can go and see what's going on.
Sarah, there's no way any soul could possibly be aggressive around you. I do hope Miss
🐷PEPPER🐷 Pig's babies are more Kune Kune, it'll make things easier for you at least 😊 Those prunes look devine and so easy to make, think I should buy an almost grown plum tree to add to my other few fruit tree. I'm trying to become homegrown too. 😊 Have a wonderful week Luke and Sarah, we'll see you soon 🤗 👏
I bet the smell from those plums/prunes drying smelt amazing!
Love the new plants around the Gypsy caravan, great idea Luke 👍
How can I feel sad when i see gorgeous Peppa, baby pie and the other babies 🥰 theyre really coming on! I think baby pie has a special place in everyones hearts being Maggies baby♥️
Love the idea you got from Meriad (thats probably spelt wrong 🤦) to shade the veggies, cant wait ro see them established.
Well done for your hard work on the drainage Luke, i did chuckle about the washing lines 😂
Molly and timmy playing are so cute they're both so very special ❤
Great video guys, Thank you so much for making me feel better ♥️♥️
They're all so big now.. nearly as big as Peppa 😀
@@lukeandsarahsoffgridlife absolutely beautiful they are, will be catching up with the rest of the videos today 😁
💚
❤😁
Are you pleased with electric dehydrator? I have been debating a similar model on a mail order company is Spain (that I won't advertise😂).
Even though we don't use it often we are always happy with the results😁
Hi did i miss a video? What is happening with your yurt you have moved out permanently i see. I loved your pink sunset shot. Thank you for sharing ❤
We have been living in the gypsy caravan for the last 3 years The Yurt is just our storage room for now😁
What a magical life you have. I know it is hard work. I would turn tricks for a BELLY RUB !
🤣
a aaaaaaa😂
Hi... May I ask. why would you put a wooden table in plastic buckets full of water in the sun? I must have missed something. please forgive me.
We sun-dry fruit in it .. the buckets of water are so ants can't climb up into the fruit
You both continue to amaze with your energy, perseverance and love for your land, your animals and each other! Cheers!😍🇨🇦
