Thanks!
Thanks for your recipe! I made this today. One with crushed butterfinger bits and one with crushed cashews. I also made chocolate covered strawberries…yum! Gonna let the apples sit overnight then enjoy in the morning ❤️❤️also if you don’t have parchment paper, I improvised and used a fresh piece of upside down bubble wrap scotch taped to a piece of cardboard. Just a tip!
Oooh yum love the candy coating!! :D You're so welcome!
This brings back memories
So happy to hear that! Hopefully happy ones :D
This is a great video, I love it
Thank you so much!
Hi do you need to take the wax off for chocolate cover apples or just do a quick rinse and dry
We get organic apples and most of them do not have wax coating like conventional apples. We always wash our produce I like to use our homemade fruit and vegetable wash or even watered- down Dr. Bronner's. If there was a thick wax I would definitely remove that.
It is great I loved it.
Yay :D
Oh god so yummmmy 😋😋😋
Yesss so yummy!! Thank you :)
I have to use green apples ir the red ones are good as well?? Loveeee the vid btw 😝❤
You could use either, just prefer the tart apple with the sweet toppings. Another great option is Honeycrisp! 😊
I'm craving this
me too!! 😂
Thank you for this great idea! My kids dont like caramel... this is perfect.
We hope you enjoy it! 😍
Lol I’m eating a chocolate apple rn it’s yummy
They're so good :D
thanks for the recipe will be making these for Halloween!! will be adding tiny marshmallows
Oh my gosh, so fun! Hope you enjoyed!! 🎃
Do you have to prep the apples before they are dunk? Like dip them in hot water to remove the wax?
Ideally, we suggest buying organic apples since they don’t really have a coating. We haven’t tried the other methods.
every useful thanks
You’re welcome!!
yummy ty
you're so welcome!!
How did you cut it without the chocolate falling apart mine always ends up falling off when i try cutting it, what am i doing wrong 😭
i think you left in the fridge for too long
slowlyyyy slice it :) I think the enjoy life chocolate works beautifully too and results in far less cracking and falling off.
It was look so delicious and I will try this. Thank you for sharing. God bless #faithope tv
Thank you so much!
Hi, Iam making these for a shower using a mini apple can they be stored in a cool/cold room for 2 days instead of a refrigerator? Thanks!
Hi! We don’t recommend storing them out of refrigeration for more than an hour.
How did you prep your apples before you dipped them in chocolate.
Since we use organic apples that are just picked by us we just give them a good wash with a very little bit dr bronner's soap + water. If it was non-organic and had a wax coating we suggest blanching them quickly in hot water to remove the wax coating. :)
Yummy
Thanks!! :)
I love ❤these apple 🍎chocolate

From netherland
Yay! So glad you love them :D
thank im from uk i didnt know this im going to do this tomorrow im having a small party for my granchildren
Aww it will be so much fun!!
merci beaucoup❤❤❤❤
you're welcome!! :)
Is it normal for chocolate to begin to harden v soon after its melted ? Is it to do with the type of chocolate used ?
I melted a bar of Milka chocolate in a bowl over bowling water.
Hi! When you say begin to harden is it when you’re stirring in the bowl after it’s melted?
I see in other video's, they boil them for about a minute to clean the wax off. What method do you use the remove wax
We buy apples that do not have wax coating on them. Some people will scrape it off or boil as you stated.
Sooooooo smart using coconut oil!!
It's one of our favorite uses for coconut oil in addition to magic shell :D
Just wondering, can you use butter instead of coconut oil? I'm not a big fan of coconut oil and I can taste it real easily
You can just leave it out. :)
Try vegetable shortening if you don’t like coconut oil
Does the coconut oil actually make a difference ? Usually if I add oil they don’t harden back up.
You can do it without it. I like to do it as it helps thin out the chocolate and makes it easier for dipping :)
Thank you for your recipe 💫
I will make it ☺️
Hope you enjoy!! :D
@@KnowYourProduce I am 15 years old girl... I made it by myself... It's yummy dish ❤
Thank u 😘
When I make them my chocolate comes right off is there anything I can do to help it stay on
I saw you bite into it and it didn’t fall
Hi! We use fresh picked apples or organic apples which don't typically have a waxed coating. The wax coating will act like a barrier and can prevent the chocolate from sticking to the apples nicely. Some people dip them into hot water to remove the wax prior, but I prefer to purchase apples without the wax to avoid that step.
Cool
thanks! :)
I’m gone do it right at 1:00
Hope you enjoy!
What if you have canola oil
The reason I like to use coconut oil is because it hardens and keeps the chocolate more pliable so you can cut into it without cracking too much. 😊
Okay thank you
Can you can bite it without dropping the chocolate?
I find using enjoy life chocolate really helps it coat and stay on the apple.
@@KnowYourProduce thank you😉✨
Me with red apple only:
it works well with red too! we just love sour apples haha
@@KnowYourProduce Nice
Now the only problem is i ate all the nutella lel
what about the extra chocolate?
We actually use it for more apples, other fruit, or even pretzels :)
You don't clean wax off apples
There is a natural wax sprayed onto most if not all nonorganic apples. And apples do produce their own wax :)
God Vs normal human hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
?
Why didn’t you take the skin off, doesn’t that ruin the chocolate
Chocolate covered apples, candy apples, and caramel apples all have the apple peel on. :)
@@KnowYourProduce The first time I saw a candied apple was in a carnival when I was a kid, and they had skin on. When using chocolate do you think it would be better to peal the apple first then glaze it with chocolate?
Hhhhhhhhhhhhuuu
