Interchangeable term, but if you really get nuts n' bolts about it, the power generated from your core is what gives you the oomph to get on top of the bar/obstacle
Don't know about your woods but when I go to the woods the bugs in the face are so annoying that it takes me a long time to go back for workouts.... :P
Seems like throwing in the wrist variation at the end is a mistake without having been building strength in that joint prior to the movement. I know you mentioned potentially needing to go back and work on this; it just seems to me like there should have been some work on the wrists prior to expecting them to lift the weight of the whole body.
More of this please! Progressions rule.
Genial,! Más de estos videos con progresiones , it helps us a lot!,,
Fantastic as always.
This is pure gold 🤩🙌👌
My goal in one year be able to do this movement. Gunna also play with some stretchy bands to practice the full movement with less resistance.
Hi Danny haven't seen uon this channel for ages!
Last time i checked that move was called muscle up... I've never seen anyone call it power up
