What actually impressed me the most is that this company has a crazy good delivery/returns system/policy.
I'm not sure if they're doing it just to make an initial splash, but I ordered 3 pairs to get my size right and sending back the 2 pairs that didn't fit was insanely hassle free.
Kind of crazy when you think about how the company is from Brazil and I am like 2 contintents away.
That’s awesome! Good to know I love when companies are easier to work with on returns and what not. They are also very active on social media and have replied to all posts I’ve tagged them in. Very cool!

@@frog2359 They seem fine! Getting a slight amount of pinky toe pressure but I have wide feet. Other than that they are performing admirably. Whether that warrants the price for a skate shoe is another matter I guess but I'll leave that for you to decide.
This is by far the most comprehensive review of these shoes in my opinion. You touched on just about anything that popped in your mind that you thought worth sharing!! A sub well earned mane

Thanks for a great and honest review! I had to put shoe goo on my pair after my first skate session in them, because of wear on the logo. Super comfy and with no break in time as mentioned.

Honestly i'm not a skater but i'm tired of my shoes to get ripped off after some months of using so i searched up skate shoes and i was hoping to find a very durable pair. Thank you for this review cuz even if i don't skate it helped me alot!

I got the cariuma pros for Christmas and seeing your review is exactly how mine is going right now and it’s kind of scaring me. I lost my kick flip and the laces rip easily so I rate it a 6/10.

Great shoes! and great review! I just got the white leather ones. So far I've only seen reviews for the suede and canvas ones. I'm curious to see if the leather ones will last longer or not. I'd love to get your opinion on the all-leather version in a later review.
I might have to try those out! Only other leather shoes I have reviewed were Nike Dunks so that might be a cool one. Let me know how you like them!

Im currently skating the nyjah 2s , you convinced me to get them lol. Im looking to get these cariumas next and i would like to ask for your personal, honest opinion on which one is better if you can’t decide tell me pros and cons. Great videos btw
I actually just started skating another pair of the Nyjah 2's after I finished these! Honestly both of them are great shoes and about the same price. Aside from the laces ripping, it seemed like the Catiba's actually lasted longer then the Nyjahs for me. I also really love the memory foam insole on the Catiba's. The one thing I like better about the Nyjahs is how they fit. Nyjahs are very secure on my foot right out of the box while the Catiba's seemed to be a bit looser and moved around on my feet a little bit. Still broke in quick and skated well but took me about a week to get used to the fit. If you've had your eyes on these shoes Id still recommend they skated really well and are worth trying out!

Usually if the outsole has stitching its because they sow the upper to the outsole and I believe they may not use glue on it. I’ve also never seen them do it on a Vulc before, only seen it in cup skate shoes.

Ive always skated vans pro suede but stumbled upon a free pair of the berrics catiba pro ( coming this week weeeeee) through work - curious how you think they compare to vans pro...usually get lik 4-5months out of van pros before the bottom becomes a shoogoo depository....
I’m not a huge fan of Vans but I definitely liked these better! Little pricy so not my favorite shoe but stoked you got some for free! I hope you enjoy them 💯

Skate shops or the Tactics website has lots of good deals on skate shoes 💯 If your interested in Cariuma, check out the new Vallelys I think they are a lot better then these for the same price 💯

How flexible are these shoes? Do they feel more like a cupsole type shoe or more like a vulcanised thin shoe?
I would say Vulcanized! Very thin and a lot of board feel

Hey, so are these the best Skateshoes you ever skated? If not wich one are the best in your oppinion?
It is hard to say I’ve skated so many good shoes! I have to say my all time favorites are the Gen1 Adidas Busenitz which are hard to find now a days. Not a big of a fan of the newer ones because of a different tongue design. I also love the Nyjah 2’s which I have a review of on my channel 👊🏼

I haven't skated vans in awhile but these were true to size. I wear a 13 in Nike/adidas and got the same in these.

Do they run true to size , I wear a 9.5 in adidas
The Cariumas feel a little loose when wearing them but I still like how they feel. If you like your shoes snug then maybe get a half size down. I have a video dropping tomorrow morning on the new Cariuma Vallely's so check that out before buying these! 💯

Have you skated the newbalance 306? if so how would you say they compare durability wise because ive had them for a month and they have yet to rip and ive been skating hard
I have not tried the 306’s. That’s the Jamie Foy shoe right? They looked to be a similar shape to the Catiba’s but New Balance are known too be pretty durable so I bet they might last a little longer

Damn bro, great review, but I think we disagree on how well durable a shoe should be. If a shoe looked like that after 23 days of skating 4- 8 hours a day, me personally, I´d look for something more durable.
I do a ton of flip tricks so shoes typically rip up pretty quick.. I wish they held up a little better for the price

Way to much hype about these shoes they looked smoked to me after just few weeks 😒 I have to buy skate shoes for my son and the only ones that last over a month are nikes we got some of these and he skated the for a day and said it hurts his feet to flip trick so he won't wear them have a brand new size 7 if any needs a pair oh ya screw the stupid trees.
Cariuma putting tons of money into building an all star team to rep these.. I gotta say mine did hurt my feet at first but got better after I kept skating them. Not sure if you’re son will give them another try but they might feel better after a few more uses
