Today we will be looking at Xfinity vs T-Mobile. Which network provider is best for your next mobile. We will be looking at the different plans and the prices they charge. As well as looking at the coverage which is one of the most important things when it comes to your mobile.

Being a customer of both I can tell you, the service provided and the help you get from when the service sucks will be FAR better on t mobile. Xfinity service, phone internet or cable, all suck. I constantly have problems with the service on my phone while I’m out and at home with the wifi. When I had T-Mobile, I was ignorant to these problems

I would never use Xnfinity for phone service. It is bad enough that I have to use them for Internet.
I've paid for Xfinity internet for the past five years, I pay for 100mbps and it's never above 30mbps unless I call and complain, then it's around 100mbps for a day or 2, and back to 30. I've called about this no less than a dozen times over the past 2 years... and the last two times they scheduled a technician to come out where I had to be home for a 2-3 hour window, and both times the technician didn't show up, didn't call, didn't care. Comcast is the most awful atrocity of customer service on the planet. Last time I spoke with them, their suggestion was that I pay more for faster speeds and lock into a 3 year contract with them. Why would I pay for faster speeds when you only give me 33% of the speed I'm currently paying for?

I pay for 1200mbps and I’ve never gotten more then 400. I realize that’s still fast but it’s not even half of what I’m paying for. Everytime I complain it’s my fault and my equipment. And I’m told I need to pay $100 for tech to fix the issue

Love T-Mobile. Comcast will squeeze your last dollar out of pocket. Haven't being happier after ditching them.
Xfinity sucks I'll take T-Mobile over Xfinity any day
Xfinity mobile is the absolute worst service I ever had. I’ve had just about every service here in Maryland and Xfinity is the worst. Service is slow and whenever me or one of the other 3 people on my plan left Maryland we didn’t have service (even in Washington). The customer service is so bad you have to mentally prepare yourself to deal with the incompetent representatives. If you are thinking about switching to Xfinity mobile DON’T DO IT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Helpful info: If you move and they don't carry internet service at your new address, you can't transfer. If you cancel internet they will automatically add $25 PER LINE if you don't have an active xfinity internet account. We learned the hard way and it's been a nightmare. You can't even sign up for their mobile plan if you don't have their internet service.

So if anyone could guide me I have Xfinity for about to be a year next month I was thinking about switching to to T-Mobile wifi cause I plan on switching back to their phone service (use to be a T-Mobile phone user for like 7 years. I only switched cause of a phone that atnt had but im so fed up with them.) is this wifi a better option cause Xfinity be pissing me off
Xfinity mobile has crappy coverage. I am in a city and right now I barely have 2 bars. Also Xfinity internet is know for lying about overuse of data! SCAM!
Known and its getting out, more than one person has said to me recently about over exaggerating people's data usage

2:43 Tmobile is more reliable than XFinity. That's conclude this video. I'm not even always have a signal with Tmobile, so it puts Xfinity far behind any wish to deal with.

XFinity uses Verizon towers. Verizon also has outages, bad customer service (from other people experience) and too high prices.
