I've had a really negative experience with Xfinity Mobile, making it the worst carrier I've ever had. In most areas, there's little to no 5G network coverage, and I couldn't even watch RUclips videos. Whenever I called customer service for help, they would just transfer me to another agent, giving me false hope that my issue would be resolved, only to hang up on me later. I initially thought I was getting a good deal, but I deeply regret my decision now. I came across some negative comments about Xfinity being the worst, but I chose to ignore them and give it a try, and unfortunately, I paid the price for that

I have Xfinity internet and mobile. The new iphones have a $300 visa gift card. My current plan is $52 for unlimited everything for my single line. Xfinity has so many hotspots that I barely use my data.
Never listen to advertisers on RUclips. They will give you all the fluff. All the good stuff that goes with the services, but never gives you any of the downfall part of it because they are making money off of getting you to switch services even though she’s not associated with the company she’s advertising for the company therefore she is for lack of better words in bed with the company making money off of us. Maybe that's for your experience, I have been with Comcast for the last 15 years and they have always been the best, good internet and new on the mobile and from $430 per month with Verizon to now just $90 for the same amount of lines. So yeah, it's definitely worth being with Comcast.
I'm switching soon (today or tomorrow I hope) and am worried.... A lot of good reviews and a lot of terrible reviews. Been with T-Mobile for 9 years... But saving $1k/yr just sounds good right now. Need a lot of other stuff that could use that money.
I've paid for Xfinity internet for the past five years, I pay for 100mbps and it's never above 30mbps unless I call and complain, then it's around 100mbps for a day or 2, and back to 30. I've called about this no less than a dozen times over the past 2 years... and the last two times they scheduled a technician to come out where I had to be home for a 2-3 hour window, and both times the technician didn't show up, didn't call, didn't care. Comcast is the most awful atrocity of customer service on the planet. Last time I spoke with them, their suggestion was that I pay more for faster speeds and lock into a 3 year contract with them. Why would I pay for faster speeds when you only give me 33% of the speed I'm currently paying for?
Since having T-Mobile phone service for years the price has never increased with our plan. Plus, the $50. a month for internet costs $40.00 a month since it is automatically paid with the phone bill. We are really loving the service here in Mount Dora, Florida.
Xfinity also offers you as a internet customer an I guess Android box...like a fire TV. For free that has all the services (pretty much like Netflix hulu) with Peacock access for free. The other services you of course have to pay for. The box so far is okay actually. I have not seen any lagging with it so far. So you could literally not even get TV from them... only internet and rock on with the box. I think its called a Flex box. Me personally I'd like to slap Kodi on it. But looks like you can't do that. Or no one has figured that out yet... lol..
you mean flex streaming box, which includes 10000+ movies for free, peacock premium included at no cost. And you can have this streaming box for free if you are an internet suscriber with an internet speed 100mbps

Too bad they don’t offer e-sim yet, so for international travel with unlocked phones if you need to keep primary line active, you need to either get a global e-sim data plan like Airalo, or e-sim from a local carrier at your destination.

One caveat regarding this video: Your mobile bill does NOT go on the same bill as your tv/other xfinity services. Xfinity requires a credit/debit card to bill each month. Mine is billed on the same day of each month.
Just know you get 20gb of high speed data and then they slow your data down. I use around 40-50gb of high speed data per month and so would any user if you're a heavy user of apps like RUclips or TikTok or any of the music listening apps
I started 2021/12 in CA with free iPhone se, then they move my iPhone se line to my FL account, I tried to move back to CA because I don’t want to loose my promotion, then I move to an apartment, first I lost my Internet promotion been charged full price, now My free iPhone se is charged with device fees, I still have 16 payments, so I call customer service, basically 4 phone calls each 3-4 hours were promised to fix my problems, nothing happened, because all of them were overseas without authority to make changes… they are eager to help but no change after so many hours emotionally stressful hopeless charges
Xfinity also provide $10 off to the Xfinity mobile customers in their monthly wifi bill if they are using more than or equal to 600mbps of internet speed!!
Xfinity mobile is nice monthly but absolutely sucks for upgrading your phone. They don't seem to offer deals for existing customers. Everytime they run a deal it's only for new customers or people wanting to add an additional line. With Verizon it was more a month but when you went to upgrade your phone they always had deals for existing customers.
@Asia jones tgwoolshire doesn't get it. You do pay more a month with Verizon, but your upgrade is free or buy one get one. Paying less a month is good till you need an upgrade then you're paying full price for a phone. Which ends up being more a month. IF I had known that when I switched I would have upgraded as a new customer instead of bringing my old phones over, but you don't realize that till you're already a customer and it's too late at that point.
At least Verizon has deals. That's why we're switching to Xfinity, save money and get a deal on a phone. Been with T-Mobile for 9 years and they don't offer deals for existing customers (on magenta at least) unless you have a flagship phone to give them... Which is dumb imo. So pay less and get more for now I guess lol
@sbrooke375 I just switched back to Verizon. My wife and kids are still on xfinity. I had a cracked screen s20 plus. Xfinity wouldn't do anything. Verizon gave me $1,000 for it so my s23 ultra is only $5. With xfinity I would have had to pay $300 down and still would have been $45ish a month. Switching to Verizon I'm still paying more a month for the plan but the phone only being $5 a month it equals to about $15 a month savings. Also with xfinity you can't add additional lines later. You get what you get. So my wife and son have apple watches. If you want LTE service that uses up 2 of lines. You just have to go with what's best. Xfinity just isn't upfront with any of that information.
I just switched carriers to Xfinity mobile from T-Mobile and it was a big mistake. I thought Xfinity would be great and for lack of another way of wording it, it sucks. They say they connect to Verizon towers but their data connection is terrible. They promised $20.00 discount on our internet bill if we got their mobile service. They lied.
I have one xfinity line and its not bad. I tried to move 2 other lines to them, but for some reason they won't let me proceed unless they have a copy of my Drivers License. Since they had a data breach in Dec 23 I think Ill pass. The keep saying trust us. I finally you said you send me yours and I'll send you mine. The lady became mad and canceled my order.
I had Xfinity Mobile for a little over 3 years and just switched to AT&T because I NEVER GOT MORE THAN ONE BAR. Basically the only thing I could do was make calls, text and stream low quality music. Always needed WiFi to use the internet.
Xfinity Mobile is the worst mobile service I have ever had the misfortune of using. The worst customer service ever. I can't pay my bill because my information is not in their system. I can't get past the the damn automated system because my phone number or email is not on their system. I don't know what happened to this company but I'm going back to Wal-Marts family plan.
I just signed up recently I just mad I didn't signed up a long long time ago cause metropcs in the Miami area sucks in certain areas..now I have better service and a phone can speak for everyone else but I'm a happy camper 😁
@ Stephenie Bowen Xfinity mobile is good. It uses Verizon towers. They don’t do contracts, so I’m assuming you’re referring to paying off the phone (and losing any subsidy). If so, you should be able to bring your current phone over to test it out. Otherwise you can purchase an unlocked phone from secondary market or directly from Apple or Samsung and buy as unlocked.
Xfinity's By the gig plans come with postpaid priority data as Verizon's do. Also, the 20GB of high-speed data on Xfinity's unlimited plan is de-prioritized just like all of visibles data. So you actually get more with Visible. However, I'd still recommend Xfinity Mobile over visible to data-conscious users. My grandparents have the 10GB shared and they enjoy it and the priority data comes in handy for when they stay in Flordia in the winter. Verizon is very heavily congested where they go but luckily with Xfinity's priority data, it's not an issue for them!
Often these sister company's who are "ON" TMOBILE ,VERIZON S NETWORK in fact are using the same network but your data and speeds are basically 2nd after the customers on with the main carriers . Mint ,visible, metro, total wireless are getting the remaining signals that are not being used by primary customers. Just for and confusion . HOWEVER MY point is if you do add mobile to your internet or TV package with Xfinity your data and speeds are from Verizon primary data pools . Xfinity is not a Verizon sub service sister company's it's a mobile plan Xfinity bundles with their services but if purchased is a Verizon mobile plan. That's why ur paying for ur Xfinity services and have separate acc # (for ur Verizon mobile line) that comes with ur bill.
ACTUALLY . the Xfinity customers who are on the mobile plan bundles are on the MAIN VERIZON SIGNAL (NOT DEPRIORITEd.) Also I was with customer service and in a Xfinity store half the day their selection if phones isn't horrible . They had a free motoralo and 1 other decent free phone for sign up, they had Samsung Galaxy s22s and 3 r 4 others as well as tablet and probably 4 or 5 apple iphone devices (included discounts w/startup) on the apple devices too. Inventory compared to a Verizon or T-Mobile mall store was maybe 75% of what you'd find at a main provider store. And that's fine with me considering they aren't a cellular carrier they offer bundles for Verizon plans to again keep ppl in 1 place and a 1 stop shop so to speak. No pressure. I was explained details of all options and chose my internet package only today without a once of nagging or pressure or pestering to sell a penny more . I suffered and was robbed paying 170/m for 20mbps wifi and 2 TV boxes and cable box premium channels from century link for almost 12 yrs. I can only share my 2 cents but no tricks r scams I could sniff out . Jus do ur research ppl ur getting ripped off by these company's way too often. Wish all luck
No it is not when return thier phone they will charge 35 for return fee. Thier phones are terrible. They are just like Verizon. T mobile is better. Xfinity I do recommend the wifi with TV however watch the contract it will go up in price when this happens I will look for another carrier
Comcast uses Verizon's towers. They don't have their own. Only thing I could think of for not going with them is that they don't give you 100% of Verizon's data speed.
Be mindful of this carrier and smart watches, sometimes no matter what you do Xfinity servers won’t see your device, they’ll blame you Watch manufacturers, your Wi-Fi anything to not accept their mistakes.
I'm seriously considering this I do have xfinity Internet at home my only concern is am I able to talk on the phone and use the Internet on my phone at the same time?
Re: call txt Canada! I do. It used to be free in our Lana till recently. Even out land lines. But ya, Mexico, I’m 2 county’s away & have no plans to txt call or go. I wish UK was free. Or a package plan
On April 30 we were going to get Xfinity mobile. We changed our minds. We received the package so I called the lady at Xfinity mobile and she said to return them . She said that when they received the phones she would refund our 18.00 dollars for startup fees. May 12 our bank account Showed Xfinity mobile took out 26.00 dollars and another 26.00 Dollars 52.00 dollars +18.00 dollars 70.00 dollars. Called Xfinity mobile 3hour on the phone and the last lady I Talked to said that no refund would be issued because of restocking fee. A bunch of crooks. Been with Xfinity for many years now going to internet and I will never have anything to do with Xfinity.
This is a joke. I don't know what planet you live on but I need a terabyte of monthly data and most people do. We got TMobile and it worked as advertised but like all provider's they changed the rules. The first 4 mths we averaged 135mbps and now it's. .05mbps
Great video! I have a question, if my wife and I are on installment plans with ATT (iPhone 12 pro) and still owe but want to switch to Verizon or T-Mobile do both providers have deals to buy you out the installment with ATT fir the iPhone 13? Or what would be the best route to take? Than you
Well T-Mobile will but out your device. Up to $800 but you’ll have to hand over your AT&T device to them. This also means you can’t stack the buyout offer with the iPhone trade-in deals they are offering. If I were you though I’d stick to the AT&T service. I just hopped off T-Mobile and can tell there’s a huge improvement. As for Verizon, I can’t say bc I haven’t subscribed since 2012
Xfinity mobile is the absolute worst service I ever had. I’ve had just about every service here in Maryland and Xfinity is the worst. Service is slow and whenever me or one of the other 3 people on my plan left Maryland we didn’t have service (even in Washington). The customer service is so bad you have to mentally prepare yourself to deal with the incompetent representatives. If you are thinking about switching to Xfinity mobile DON’T DO IT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
I think Xfinity mobile is not worth it because they don’t have a true unlimited plan t-Mobile is more better magenta max 55+ Because T-Mobile has a true unlimited plan
Yes. T-Mobile unlimited is way better. Essentials plan for 4 lines is $105, and that is for 50gig high speed. Xfinity Mobile is great for those that don’t share more than around 10-12 gigs. We have Xfinity mobile with 4 lines and are always under 10 gigs…so only pay $60/mo. And quality of service is pretty comparable; except I will say T-Mobile does have better customer service.
Xfinity mobile has crappy coverage. I am in a city and right now I barely have 2 bars. Also Xfinity internet is know for lying about overuse of data! SCAM!
Xfinity mobile sucks! It’s only for people that stay local and don’t really use data. I got the highest gig on a family plan, they made it seem like it was so much data for 3 lines, first day I switched with them I went over my data plan by simply using Google maps for driving. So I then changed to unlimited, bill went from $35 to $100. I call cause I was traveling internationally and was told I would be paying a certain amount. I then traveled internationally for 5 days and was billed $1000. My bill was $530 for 36 calls and 1 text message I was also charged for 876 gigs and the $470 was taxes and fees. The crazy part is the phone didn’t work most of the time so I can’t think for the life of me how it got to 876 gigs. I barely used wifi there’s was never any. Customer service manager wasn’t the most helpful either. I ended up switching to another carrier.
Have T-Mobile Internet and pay $64.99 for RUclips Tv $71.48 with taxes. They have never lied to us and had over a year and as they said prices have not increased.
T-Mobile is the best for unlimited. 4 lines cost 105 ($27 each). And that includes 50gig high speed. But if 4 lines are under 10 gigs shared, then Xfinity’s $60 plan is the best. That is what my family uses and it works great for us. But if our needs change and consistently go over 12 gigs/mo, then T-Mobile is the way to go.
Xfinity mobile unlimited is 120 for 4 lines but heres the best about it depending on the speed of your internet you can receive 10, 20, 30 dollars discount on your internet bill. I have gigabit plus internet and i get 30 dollar discount cuz of it so 4 lines is basically just $90 on top of my internet bill at least for 2 yrs then I'll go mix and match
God no, don't do it, worst support ever with xfinity mobile. If you have an issue that needs escalation, meaning their tier 1 cannot solve it, their overseas Philippines helpdesk will stonewall you non-stop if you ask to escalate. They have failed to unlock my phone after 4 "submitted requests" and keep telling me "there is no other way to do it", been 12 days now for a paid off phone...

They did that to me. They had the bill that I supposedly owed to my credit report and I shut that down. I proved that I was not using that phone service. It got removed from my credit report.

Or is if with the cable package?

I will be leaving them as soon as my phone is paid off. service is awful compared to traditional verizon and you are tied to their crappy cable internet
Depends on the number of lines, what is your data usage in average plus are you a Comcast internet user since to get mobile from there, needs to a Internet user first

I can give yah discount go back to t-mobile 😊
I have one xfinity line and its not bad. I tried to move 2 other lines to them, but for some reason they won't let me proceed unless they have a copy of my Drivers License. Since they had a data breach in Dec 23 I think Ill pass. The keep saying trust us. I finally you said you send me yours and I'll send you mine. The lady became mad and canceled my order.
I have twenty reasons not to switch. Number one reason is, Comcast is sleazy.
I had Xfinity Mobile for a little over 3 years and just switched to AT&T because I NEVER GOT MORE THAN ONE BAR. Basically the only thing I could do was make calls, text and stream low quality music. Always needed WiFi to use the internet.
I’m thinking switching to Xfinity Mobile. What state did you have this bad experience?
Have you ask help from their customer service?
Im having the same issue now🤦🏽♂️ when I leave my house I get 1 bar.
I love the
Xfinity Internet, and Xfinity Mobile love it
Do you have to pay a down payment or deposit when you first sign up. I'm thinking about switching.
Thanks for the information!
I just signed up recently I just mad I didn't signed up a long long time ago cause metropcs in the Miami area sucks in certain areas..now I have better service and a phone can speak for everyone else but I'm a happy camper 😁
I feel you I'm in Miami too had the same issues that's why I switched
Hey, i'm about to start at an xfinity store and kind of thinking about this switch. How has your customer service been with xfinity mobile?
Mobile phones are terrible
Bad
Can't to speak to a human
Have Xfinity Mobile and very happy with it.
nice!! love to hear that! It's a great plan that slides under the radar because you need to be a Comcast subscriber... but it's a really great deal.
2 months later, how do you feel about it now?
@@stepheniebowen6527 Still going great.
@@jazzkevin I'm still debating on trying it. Just nervous cause its 2 years and don't wanna be stuck if I hate it.
Daam you fine
Is there service fast n reliable
Can you do an update...you know longer have to pay extra to call Mexico and Canada.
The problem with Visible is depending on the area that deprio hits hard depending on your market. At least you have 20 gigs of good data.
yep, that's why Xfinity wins in my book.
U have to have ether Comcast tv and there internet service to get the mobile service and that can be pricey
No it is not when return thier phone they will charge 35 for return fee. Thier phones are terrible. They are just like Verizon. T mobile is better. Xfinity I do recommend the wifi with TV however watch the contract it will go up in price when this happens I will look for another carrier
Mint mobile is the way to go, unless you get a deal on bundle on xfinity
Really bad service is no signal in some areas and no data 😢 Really really bad
For me was a good decision. I have good signal in places when with tmobile neve had.
COMCAST service is horrible I can only imagine the cell service. . No thanks.
Comcast uses Verizon's towers. They don't have their own. Only thing I could think of for not going with them is that they don't give you 100% of Verizon's data speed.
Message + won't download photos. Bill not bundled. Customer service terrible. Internet bill not any less.
I just switched to xfinity and yes you can
@@cowgirltapatilla awesome thanks for responding!
Thank you so much for making this video.
In a family that doesn’t use a lot of data? That is so funny in the day and age
haha might be a small portion of people, but they exist!!
Re: call txt Canada! I do. It used to be free in our Lana till recently. Even out land lines. But ya, Mexico, I’m 2 county’s away & have no plans to txt call or go. I wish UK was free. Or a package plan
Thank you wish i could try it but not on comcast
I don't have Comcast in my area Sherri, but I enjoyed the Vacation Video's!
thank you for watching!!
Thank god for what’s app and Facebook paying for calls to Mexico are a thing of the past lol
signed up this month .... smh / how did i sleep on this the past 2 years ? usgh
On April 30 we were going to get Xfinity mobile.
We changed our minds. We received the package so I called the lady at Xfinity mobile and she said to return them .
She said that when they received the phones she would refund our 18.00 dollars for startup fees. May 12 our bank account
Showed Xfinity mobile took out 26.00 dollars and another 26.00
Dollars 52.00 dollars +18.00 dollars 70.00 dollars.
Called Xfinity mobile 3hour on the phone and the last lady I
Talked to said that no refund would be issued because of
restocking fee.
The first 4 mths we averaged 135mbps and now it's. .05mbps
We’re switching thank you!
Xfinity also gets Unthrottled UWB vs visible is limited to 200 mbps
another win! thank you haha
As for Verizon, I can’t say bc I haven’t subscribed since 2012
@@CalienteFrijoles you saying att is better than tmobile?
@@finessezen7136 it depends on where you live.
Signing up tonight just don't know what phone I want lol
Xfinity mobile is the absolute worst service I ever had. I’ve had just about every service here in Maryland and Xfinity is the worst. Service is slow and whenever me or one of the other 3 people on my plan left Maryland we didn’t have service (even in Washington). The customer service is so bad you have to mentally prepare yourself to deal with the incompetent representatives. If you are thinking about switching to Xfinity mobile DON’T DO IT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
X finity mobile is horrible every time I leave my house I have no connection.
0MG I Have A bill for 7,000 TY Con Cast?
Good info here👍
thanks so much!!
I hope you’re making money by advertising this. Xfinity is just bad. Several outages a month.
Just because you don’t call Mexico or Canada it doesn’t mean the rest of us don’t either.
I have Spectrum Mobile. And I mean eh. It's OK for the price
V'sble mobile ? Never heard of it lol I'm from Texas. That sounds like a none major company to me
Xfinity mobile lie about unlimited data and extra charges on your plan!
I get terrible service with T-mobile and being forced from Sprint.
Because they dont answer the phone with a real person!
That is if ya can get through to anything
3gb shared wouldn't last a day
Xfinity mobile has crappy coverage.
Early 😀
gold star for you 🌟
T-Mobile is the best for unlimited.
T mobile sucks in rural areas. Att and Verizon the best
@@ninomalo2102 most Americans don’t live in rural areas or even travel to any.
I am driver and travel all rural areas and T-Mobile don’t have coverage lots of rural roads
They throttle after 20gbs 😂😂😂😂😂😂
God no, don't do it, worst support ever with xfinity mobile. If you have an issue that needs escalation, meaning their tier 1 cannot solve it, their overseas Philippines helpdesk will stonewall you non-stop if you ask to escalate. They have failed to unlock my phone after 4 "submitted requests" and keep telling me "there is no other way to do it", been 12 days now for a paid off phone...
Comcast service is terrible. And they hold areas like mine hostage. F Xfinity may all associated with this company be loved to death anally by an elephant on viagra.
Xfinity is a horrific company. They continue to charge me for mobile service I don't have and they continue to not cancel the recurring charges. Avoid xfinity company. Save yourselves the nightmares.
They did that to me. They had the bill that I supposedly owed to my credit report and I shut that down. I proved that I was not using that phone service. It got removed from my credit report.
Xfinity mobile is a virtual network.
Hello I don’t know if you will get this message it’s kind of a old video but my question is I have the xfinity Bundle package and the xfinity mobile I have the unlimited version on a iPhone 12 I was thinking of getting rid of my cable and keeping I my landline and Internet now can I keep my xfinity stream if I get rid of my cable? Or is if with the cable package?
It is with a cable package re your Xfinity stream.
I just watched another video that said xfinity mobile IS visible 😂
I did not have a good experience with them:(
Why my friend?

Zfinity will not let you switch over a Galaxy S21 phone. It's incompatible.....but you are told this after you've given your credit card info for the internet. Find out first if your IMEI number is compatible. They said I qualified for a ghetto A42 phone. Joke. Whole purpose was to have a bundle.
I have Xfinity Mobile and just purchased an unlocked Galaxy S21 directly from Samsung and was able to just pop in my Xfinity SIM card, and it works just fine

I will be leaving them as soon as my phone is paid off. service is awful compared to traditional verizon and you are tied to their crappy cable internet

I have unlimited Data & minutes on T-Mobile for $60.i have Comcast cable.can they beat my T-Mobile plan ❓
Depends on the number of lines, what is your data usage in average plus are you a Comcast internet user since to get mobile from there, needs to a Internet user first
Xfinity provide unlimited data plan at $40. You can easily switch to xfinity with the same number
@@Sk-po9dx $45 and the overall cost goes down as you increase the number of lines with unlimited data
