Holofly Europe multi-country plan doesn’t cover Andorra (micro-state between France and Spain). One would need to get a country specific plan for there.
I second that, and the benefit is that it is truly unlimited with no possibility of slowdowns. You can run as many 5G speed tests as you want in the country you're in.
I travel worldwide a lot spent most of my time between El Salvador and Southeast Asia. So far Google Fi has been excellent in both regions.
