    I have Xfinity Mobile and I have went over the 20gb limit (cause Verizon speeds at my house are better than my AT&T wifi) and 1.5mbps is enough to stream RUclips and Spotify. 3 lines for $90 bucks a month for the basic "Unlimited" plan.

    Hi all , looking for some quick advice . I have a friend I've recently started handling the cell phone plans for ( not normal for me ) , and they gave me contact info for their Verizon rep . I've been working with him for almost a year now , and I'm constantly having problems getting answers from him on basic things like can he confirm he put insurance on our plans and how do I utilize the insurance after a phone is damaged ? My question to you all is : how do you normally work with Verizon on things like activation problems on new phones and questions on insurance and such ? Do you have a client rep you ask , a special number to call , or how can I get quick and reliable results here ? What is the proper way to request a new client rep ? If I make the request , I want to make sure I don't end up still stuck with the same guy . I've already had a heart to heart with him and needing faster response times , and the quality dropped after that talk .

      I’m not familiar with “network management.” Do you mean the administrative side of their website where you can manage user and cost center information for a specific user or are you talking about mobile device management? I use both at my organization.

      If you have a problem with activation or something technical, do you contact Tony miles (rep) who is quick to help?

    • @christianjohn9326
      @christianjohn9326 3 года назад

      I do. There have been times where I’ve received SIMs for a phone or laptop and it didn’t activate. Sometimes he suggests I contact customer service and other times he finds an error in the order and corrects it.

      Network management" on the plan itself. So all the lines on the plan, the speed is managed by Verizon to work with all Verizons clients (it would slow down during peak times). We have an older plan that isn't throttled like that, and I don't trust my nonresponsive rep telling me it should be fine (but he won't be able to change it back)

    Great details of the different plans offered. I currently have the Xfinity Mobile family plan because it’s a good value and there were no up front costs when you activate lines. We simply went in the store and walked out with 5 lines no money out of pocket and No activation fees to pay or billed. Some of the other plans you mentioned required first month up front and service fees. This is one of the reasons I didn’t go directly with Verizon. It would of cost me over 100.00 just for activation fees. Also at time of my Xifinity activation we were offered 25.00 per line. So I think in my opinion it comes down to if you want to pay a clump of money at start up or not. Again this was a great video and recommend making a video about start up fees because sometimes that will be a determining factor when ready to start with new wireless company. I have no issues with Xfinity mobile as of yet but then again there is no such thing as a perfect wireless company. Love all your videos will keep watching

    600kbps “mobile hotspot” offered by XM is so unusable that they might as well not offer it at all. Also their xfinitywifi hotspot are sometimes bug than a feature when you live in apartment and your phone hops on xfinitywifi instead your home wifi and you are unable to turn auto-join off cause it resets itself back to default auto-join.

    I switched to visible after watching your comparisons and reviews. I did my own test against Visible and US Mobile in my location (a small town where not even the devil comes to visit) and the speeds are pretty poor xD, fast enough to stream my Tidal music in HiFi and Master Quality, which is pretty cool! But nothing close to 100Mb/s at any time of the day, more often than not is well below 5Mb/s on both services; but the coverage is great on both and although US Mobile has a better ping, the speeds are absolutely nothing I would use that would benefit from that, so I picked Visible. I joined a party pay with my wife and we are paying just $25 per month, we are happy with that.

      Good plan for first responders. Heck of a deal. Check out at&t though too they have one of the best unlimited plans. Their unlimited extra plan is awesome and depending on the amount of lines you have the cheaper it is. For example 3 lines is 37.50$ a line and 4 lines is 30$ a line. Taxes and fees aren’t included like it is on tmobile but att has better service. It’ll especially be noticeable in rural area. The unlimited elite is they’re best plan and offers hd streaming which is truly how all unlimited plans should come. 3 lines is 45$ a line there or 37.50 for 4 lines and it includes hbo max.
