Oh will be making this using Canadian Rye ;) I'll have to try Wray and Nephew next time I make allspice dram, I usually use Kraken for the extra vanilla sweetness.

Just an odd edit! I figured I’d need something to brighten up all the flavours
I like to go with homemade ingredients when possible.
