    Has to be the best strength workout I have tried. Only used 500gram dumbbells but WOW🔥. Nice to have you back & congrats on the baby

    Here I am thinking it would be an easy short workout…..oh was I wrong! 😅😅😅😂😂 turns so much for the free class!!! Recovering from surgery and need to exercise more and have been wanting to give your classes a try for ages now. You guide the class so well! Look forward to doing another one! ❤❤
