    Thanks so much for this Ollie, it’s really useful. I have a long running partial thickness tear of subscapularis on one shoulder (although probably both now), and manageable to train around this with care. These are good tips to keep your shoulder in mind while climbing 👍

    So for people with a shoulder injury you think when conditioning just skip the pull ups? If so, what would you switch it with?
