I think I added too much olive oil on low /medium heat for 10 minutes. It looks like I did okay for my first try, I'm glad I stumbled across this channel. I was really concerned, next time I'll add lemon & pepper.
Excellent as a meat substitute for goulash! (And spaghetti sauce, burritos/tacos and things like that.) Make it the day before, let it cool, pop it in the fridge to mingle overnight, heat and serve. Or make, let it cool, sit and mingle right in the pan on the stove until dinner time then heat and serve. If you leave the lid off, pop a spatter screen over it and stir it a few times while it's mingling, it will take on probiotics from your kitchen and ever so slightly ferment until you reheat it at dinner time!
Hi Melanie. I see some call broccoli the tree of doom. Stirfry or Saute it's ok by me. Adding a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil really adds flavour. Shred the stem as you would carrot or cabbage and add it to your stirfry. It's great to bulk up a meal Cheers π€€πππ¦πΊ

I love when the broccoli gets little burnt ends, itβs a really unique texture
