If you don't like it as burnt. Do 300 for 5 minutes and 400 for another 5 minutes. Use enough olive oil to coat it so it won't burn fast. Also if your trying to save calories use your cooking spray while seasoning. Then after the first 300 5mins, spray more cooking spray, then do the last 400 5minutes
I love the way you do your videos and that you leave time stamps in the description. You got my subscription for that alone! You also read my mind by testing it with an overstuffed basket and using frozen both things I would have done as well. I'm making this recipe right now.
I put my frozen broccoli in the airfryer for 25 minutes and heavily seasoned it and they tasted like a delicious healthy broccoli chip. Super tasty and it was by mistake 😂 so good 😊 😊
I put my frozen brocoli into air fryer as well. When I tried to toss it I got splashed with the hot water that collected at the bottom of the basket xd. Only using fresh brocoli from that point on
So simple yet powerfully effective! Was struggling with veggie side dishes but, thanks to this video, I now know what to add on any given day. Thank you!! 😁👍
I discovered Hanover's frozen seasoned broccoli for the air fryer and its DELICIOUS! Now, I'm going to try the fresh broccoli for the first time in my air fryer. Thanks for the video.
Just made this today and it was awesome!!!!! It took so little time and tasted great 🙂🙂love how the lemon helped the crispy tenderness, it was a little overpowering on some pieces so I'll have to play around with that in the future. Minced 3 small cloves with a garlic press and it was perfect! Great method
>I hope this tutorial has been helpful It has! I closed the video at that point but returned to like it because of it. Thank you for keeping it simple and short.
I'm going to get myself a Air fryer🏃 my friend told it's the best gift she got from her sisters for her b/day. You have just confirm it to me to get one👍
Air fryers are mostly for making "crispy" results, but if you load the air fryer up with a LOT of broccoli, it will tend to steam itself, rather than getting crispy. (When I cook 2 pounds at once, it's much softer.)
so the same as in a normal oven. btw. i love to add crushed almonds and sliced chili at the end. so get everything out of the Fryer and put it on a small iron cast pan. Add crushed almonds, sliced chili and parmesan. than put the pan in the AirFreyer basket and put it back in the AirFryer. Thank me later.
Looks great, functions great, and highly recommended. The buttons are touch (not pressure activated "touch"), which was a nice detail ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB Perfect size for normal every day meals, and it cooks food very thoroughly. On preset settings upon first use, it cooked my chicken breasts to a crisp. Boarder line too dry, so next time I'll either decrease temperature or time. Not a bad thing, just a minor adjustment for next time. No oil was used, so food was clean to the touch. Excited to see how other meals will turn out. Will recommend to friends and family in the future!
I've tried at least 4 air fryer brands and haven't found an "instant favorite" but I tend to use this basket-style air fryer the most when I want CRISPY results. I personally use the NuWave and Instant Pot 6-quart models most for my testing, but they both have a strong smell when you use them for the first few times, which is very off-putting. I've heard the Ninja one doesn't have a smell from other readers, so I'm going to try that one next and report back.
I know it's a bit late, but it is best to not combine uncooked meats and vegetables because of cross contamination... as long as both are fully cooked there might be no risk though.
Tried it.. it's absolutely disgusting. The texture is horrible, the sourness from the lemon doesn't complement the taste at all. I had to throw it all out. Thanks for wasting my Broccoli.
It isn’t burnt at all, it’s much like fire or oven-roasted veggies which adds a depth of flavor to vegetables. Kids also seem to like it over steamed in my experience. I like it both ways myself.

Watched this video, made the broccoli, and now I'm back to say this is the best broccoli I've ever had

I was hesitant to get mine - and now it's pretty much used 2x a day every day! Best tool EVER - and I do a ton of cooking.
lmao i didnt know the brocali was suppose to come out like that i thought i burnt it and threw it🤣
You didn’t even taste-test it before flinging it?
Oh it’s so good roasted
You threw it in your mouth?
What a ding dong
Burnt broccoli is delicious
Is there a way to make soft broccoli in an air fryer?
Air fryers are mostly for making "crispy" results, but if you load the air fryer up with a LOT of broccoli, it will tend to steam itself, rather than getting crispy. (When I cook 2 pounds at once, it's much softer.)
for that buy a pot with a steam cooker. you get the best result.
very tasty thx for sharing
When you reheat Broccoli how many Minute you have to put in for
Reheating should only take 1-2 minutes, depending on the quantity that you add into the basket.
easy, thanks
so the same as in a normal oven. btw. i love to add crushed almonds and sliced chili at the end. so get everything out of the Fryer and put it on a small iron cast pan. Very good 😍 can I know preheat for how many minutes? 5 minutes? As my airfryer is manual so I need to set the time 😊
I usually preheat for 5 minutes and that turns out fine.
What is the size of the box it comes in?
Good video, good clear instructions but brocoli is charred in places ... isn't charred food carcinogenic?,
No lmao

Thank you! What air fryer do you recommend?

i made them thin. they end up as black as charcoal. :D go try it one more without slicing.
Don't we destroy the nutrients if we cook to crispy?
Ok
Don’t have to wash the chopped broccoli?
Can fry chicken breast and broccoli together?
I know it's a bit late, but it is best to not combine uncooked meats and vegetables because of cross contamination... as long as both are fully cooked there might be no risk though.
Wonder if frozen would work?
She showed frozen at end
cheat air fry til the color looks great then microwave to get the inside done. I like mine still crunchy so not done
nice!
Thanks!
Adding a 1/4 water to the bottom of the air fryer helps steam the broccoli.
Why not just steam it stove top then?
Does it stop it from burning so much
Doesn’t it taste burned?
It looks like its been set on fire !!
isnt adding salt to this making it very unhealthy?
Just don't add it?
is there ANY nutrition left in that??? seems overcooked
You look so pretty 😊
You should also stop it part way through and toss it
I give up in life I search up how to cook broccoli 🥦 smh god dam BROCCOLI 🥦
*Shouldn't you wash the broccoli first ....😮*
what if the highest setting on the air fryer is 200?
Celsius or Fahrenheit? She’s using Fahrenheit.
@@lesjohnson105 Ah, thank you. it would be celcius.
That burned, seriously?
💨 for days
that's not enough garlic
Lady these are burnt...
You burnt it lol 🤣
if you don't cut them all the way and then rip them apart with your hands you avoid making all that mess
it looks so delicious but its burnt which is unhealthy for our bodies
Hahahahhahahahahahha tf is that
Them broccoli got wayyy too much colour. 10 mins? 😂😂 u know you can eat broccoli raw right? 10 mins completely unnecessary.
seriously? it’s burned and i threw it in the bin , it’s even taste bitter.
10 minutes at 360 for fresh broccoli??? U crazy, I’d rather not eat burnt veggies
A paring knife! C'mon
Tried it.. it's absolutely disgusting. The texture is horrible, the sourness from the lemon doesn't complement the taste at all. I had to throw it all out. Thanks for wasting my Broccoli.
I'm sorry but no, fresh broccoli is ruined in an air fryer in my opinion. Unless you like the taste of dry burnt
Thats called overdone bruh!!!
Looks burned

That shit is BURNT
Very helpful - Thank you so much!
