Hi joanna hru i did strength training with 4kg dumbell for 1 month and i lost lot of weight but it came back in 2months because i stopped doing exercise i have doubt about strength training can we do weight training daily basis whole year or is their any process to do it . I have heavy thies and butt please suggest me which work out should i follow . Please reply lot's of love to you from india
Nice workouts..just unique..jo mam u forgot to do bunny hops..(just kidding..i hope not needed..they are already covered with others)can we do these workouts alone for 2or 3 circuits or can we combine with other specific workouts like arms or abs or legs..luv ur workouts and following ur words..thank u
Hard for me too couldn't do it at first. After a good couple of weeks your body gains enough strength to do some tough work outs. Dont give up. Your body will get there.
Me before trying this workout:who can't move lyk an animal for less than thirty minutes everyday.........I'll totally do this one everyday 💪 Me again twenty minutes later lying flat on the floor:NOPE she's right two to three times a week is good.
