I use the Garmin VIRB app that allows you to overlay your Garmin stats on any video. The way I do it is I record the race from start to finish on my insta360 go 3. Then I upload the video in the Garmin VIRB app (which you can download onto your computer). I then add the file from your race which you can get from your Garmin Connect app into the video.
