Oh man I love seeing people's setups! I think my favorite was 6:00. Beautiful, minimalist without feeling empty. I'd put some monochrome art, or sound dampening foam on the wall above the desk just to tie it together but otherwise it's super cool. 10:30 is objectively cool but gives me a bit of anxiety for some reason!
The setup at 10:25 has to be the best I've ever seen. Having the first one for work was already insane, but having the gaming setup too, AND THE KEYBOARD DESK?! Clearly a Keyboard God among mere Keyboard Mortals 🙏☀
9:50 I just want to say, as a clarinetist myself, thst is really impressive. Developing the skills to be able to play a piece with runs like that takes at least a year, hes got really good tone quality, and he has clearly practiced that piece a fair bit to be able to play the runs that smoothly 11/10

Was tempted to post my setup because it's ... unusual. Custom built 6-sided desk with 2 levels, and a welded steel frame strong enough to hold up a car. But I'd have to clean first.

Video idea: can we make a clicky switch keyboard sound good? Sorry I just can't with linear switches. It's like a little tykes toy with fake buttons that don't do anything. I need to feel something on the downstroke. I need to know my keypress was registered while I'm blindfolded, without bottoming out the key.
Sidenote: MX Browns are terrible. I agree with Hipyo there. How would you like all the downsides of a linear with none of the upsides? I swear you could put glass dust and sand inside of MX reds and they'd feel better than browns. AND EVERYONE WHO IS NEW TO MECHANICAL KEYBOARDS GOES FOR BROWNS. Why? I get not getting reds if you don't like linears. But browns? If you need to be quiet, they aren't quiet. Boba U4's are quiet. Durock Shrimps are quiet. TTC Bluish whites aren't quiet but they are quieter than browns. And if you aren't sharing a room with others, just get blues. They aren't the best clicky switches but they are SO much better feeling than browns. I built my wife a keyboard and she isn't picky, because she doesn't care about feel or sound she just was jealous of my epic gamer rgb. I built it with cheap gammakay tactile switches, and THEY felt amazing compared to browns.

Hey Hipyo, I need help please. I know you like to play OSRS, I have a new 65% Cidoo V65 V2 with WS morandi switches as you did in a previous video. I was in the hope there would be an easy FN Lock key, (usually FN+Esc). I cant figure it out and i need to be able to easily switch using and FN lock key to use OSRS key binds. How do you deal with 65%'s while playing OSRS?
It always surprises me how people will have super nice setups but not a second monitor. I dont think i will ever gonback to a aingle monitor unless its an ultrawide. More than 2 monitors is kinda unnecessary but every now and then its very nice. My set up has 3 monitors but the 3rd monitor feels overwhelming at times so i leave it off most of the time.

I use 75% 😳 but go setup VIA to reprogram
@@HipyoTech thanks for the reply. Found out that trusty runelite has a plug in for switching f keys to the numbers row, it works really well.
my desk is beside my bed because i have chronic fatigue and i really miss my two monitor setup lmao
