hello Hipyo, I am sure you get asked this hundreds of times a day and I'm sure you say no to all of them, but I think today is the day that you change that. I believe that for a great video you need to be unique and not use the same video idea for every video, so my birthday is coming up and would love to build my own keyboard, but I live in Australia so buying parts is like petrol prices in the US. So, for a video idea you could make me one? Sounds selfish just asking for a free keyboard but worth a try asking. Thanks, Stranger.
1:15 The Wide Deskmat complements the wide tabletop. 😂 I swap them out every once in a while, when one gets dirty and needs to be cleaned, I pull out another one while the other is drying. Rinse and repeat lol.
it's awesome to see the setups everybody has in their homes, i find it always incredibly inspiring! i just need some seconds to capture the setup as a whole and I feel like it would be cool if it was a bit more in the foreground :) greetings from germany
Oh my god this man hits my heart with the plants. I do vibe with the “went to buy ___, Andes up with two more plants” my desk ALONE has five plants (three large and two accent small plants) as well as a succulent and is completely the secret to a good desk coziness.
@@Knav_XD you know that heat rises right so the floor would actually be colder but on a desk might be a more open place so there could be more air circulation cuz onder my desk it gets kinda toasty
While you are doing the best thing for a floor PC by placing something solid under it so it doesn't suffocate. Although, it is still best to keep your PC on a desk. The lower it is to the ground, the easy it is for dust to build up.
So desktop on floor is only acceptable if you have no carpet. and even then I don't recommend it. Dust settles so the higher up your machine is the less dust gets in the machine which is better for the computer. I know strange concept but the only reason to leave the desktop off the desk is if your desk is too small

Until I can figure out how to safely mount a gaming PC to my overbed desk, I’m not dropping the money on something like that. (Can’t use a standard desk due to chronic pain/disability, sitting upright or standing for more than 5 minutes causes considerable pain)

I bought my first 'customizable' keyboard (a GMMK compact) for $43.09 just last month. Been eating pinto beans since then (j/k). Seriously, most of what you guys call 'budget' is still out of my price range. I'll just have to take things really slow. Still I'm trying to learn. I honestly don't know much about this. And Hipyo seems to know what he's doing. So I listen and plan what to try next. 😁

Pretty much all tech RUclipsrs recommend having your PC on your desk cuz on the floor it fills your fans with cr@p and causes heating problems, especially if you have a pet (for example, a cat :)) but if ur cleaning it out every now and then then it’s not rlly a problem ig

Love the content Hipyo!! Because of you and other fellow RUclips keyboard hobbyist I now use a Keychron Q5 for home and Keychron Q6 w/ minimal mods.

a lot of us have our PC on our desks 1. because we want to see or have others see it and 2. because it will collect less dust and static that way.
